To be over rated, you’d have to be rated highly. There are very few people (Heat fans included), who rated him anything higher than a fringe borderline allstar player. I’m sure after a few of his better games there were peoole exaggerating how good he was, but there were definitely never many people hyping him up. Go back and look at the Dame package debacle to see how people viewed him.

In NBA basketball, or any job where there is a maximum amount of money the company is allowed pay employees, a teammates earnings will directly effect your own earnings. The more one teammate makes, the less everyone else on the team makes.
If I make 50k per year and a coworker makes 100k to do the same job, then I am justified in thinking we should both be getting paid 75k.
This right here. I’m a manager who always lobbies for good employee’s to get raises. Unfortunately lots of companies also have rigid raise structures that basically come down to how long you’ve worked there. So you get a lot of guys who have been there longer who get paid significantly more than much better employee’s.
No reason to hate on the employee, be upset with the upper management if you’re being underpaid. Unless like I said it’s a rigid system with annual raises, in which case look for a new job because there’s nothing management can do about that.
