In a highly anticipated match-up between the #1 and #2 pick. AJ Dybantsa drops 27 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 stocks on 7-18 FG | 0-5 3PT | 7-8 FT with a win while Darryn Peterson scores 24 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 block on 6-18 FG | 2-7 3PT | 6-8 FG
This game was a banger. Dybantsa was an absolute delight to watch. He is incredibly aggressive and not afraid of being physical whatsover. His potential in the league feels sky-high and I can’t wait to see him more in the regular season. Peterson didn’t exactly have the best game with his efficiency and his assist/turnover ratio being garbage. To give a little grace, the Wizards were legit double-teaming and putting aggressive-ass coverages on him. Both teams were try-harding to an extreme degree in a Summer League game which made for a great watch.
