I don’t think I’ve ever bought in on the star upside of him but his size and connective playmaking ability allows for a ton of lineup versatility with him especially if his drives to the paint occur more often.

The nets played him off ball last year to see if he could be a spot to shooter. He could be. But his pick and roll vision is what got him to the league. Nets didn’t think he had the strength or handle to do it last season, now he does. 

well yeah, a sophomore should perform better in the summer league than as a rookie, natural progression. hoping it does translate though.

He was also dealing with foot issues last year.

Yeah I’m ngl when I saw the highlight clips from tonight I didn’t even recognize him at all. Dude genuinely looks like he went through puberty over the offseason, as if he wasn’t already big enough for a guard, now he’s gonna be an absolute mismatch nightmare. 

HGH makes everything grow. With millions of dollars any of them can be closer to the admiral. 

I traded him because I moved Demin to play point and didn’t want to sabotage either of their development… think he’s ended up on the Spurs now as a bench player, low 80s overall 7-10 ppg scorer. Not exactly earth-shattering hoops but he’s still found a place for himself in the league. 

Lol fair enough. One would think that between Saraf, Traore, MBJ, Egor, Drake, and Wolf, y’all should have something decent going in the next few years.

That makes him 6’10” on the court since you don’t play barefoot. Idk why they changed the stat line years ago to barefoot. So annoying.

Believe that Powell also grew an inch and saw somewhere that Egor put on around 10-15lbs of muscle since last year.

Plus it looks like the plantar fascia injury is behind him so far. Which is great since he was relegated to a more spot up shoot role last year.
