This is why I don’t get the hate for Bronny. Yes, he’s a nepo baby, but it’s not like he didn’t work hard or has no passion for the game.
The kid nearly died on the court. Nobody would blame him if he retired from sports right then and there. The guy kept grinding and kept playing sports with 0 pressure for him to do so (and valid reasons and excuses for quitting).
Bronny has a passion for basketball, that should never be a reason to hate the guy. It’s not his fault his dad is Lebron, and I sure as hell can’t blame him for accepting a contract for the Lakers.

Larry Bird is one of the greatest basketball minds ever. Navigating contracts and business constraints and team building and p&l’s is one thing but to insinuate he doesn’t know good basketball players from not good basketball players isn’t it.

He’s the only top 10 guy and probably the only all time great who had success at all 3 levels.
