LeBron James played against someone now eligible for Social Security payments
Kevin Willis was born in 1962. this means he is technically eligible to receive social security payments.
cooper Flagg is his youngest opponent, born in 2006.
LeBron played against senior citizens
Jordan is trash, he played against a literal Mailman.
It’s like Wilt. If they can beat plumbers and mailmen, how good were they really?
Wemby is playing against Twitch Streamers. SMH not my goat.
Don’t forget the podcasters
And a bunch of kids
My grandma kinda liked Willis
I liked Kevin Willis, dudes arms were like steel girders. He looked like a sky scraper under construction. I swear I saw a picture of someone trying to wrap him up and force a jump ball and his bicep covered the whole ball. ( of course I can’t find it but i feel like it led the sports section one day)
My grandma had an affair with Susan B Anthony
wait a minute, i didn’t know she was lgbtq
googled it and “well i’ll be”
My grandmother had an affair with Susan B Anthony
Ball knower
Kevin Willis was solid. My mom liked him on the Spurs. She loves the Spurs, but esp Timmy D, and she always seemed to find Willis likable.
I fucking love the off-season
Won a chip with 03 Spurs lol.
Loved it when he put his elbow pads on before checking in at the end of the closeout game
That’s Spurs legend Kevin Willis thank you very much

Leconnecting generations
It’s so nuts. Only players in their 40’s can think of who were dominant in their 40’s are Nolan Ryan, tom Brady and Gordy Howe. No precedent in nba.
Kareem was an all-star and all NBA, back to back champ.
He was all-star in his 40-41 seasons, but not all-nba
Ovechkin is 40 now
That’s pretty insane
Been playing so long he went through 2 recessions
Kareem won in his early 40’s, but his last two years, he was a shadow of himself. Only made all star team cause people were so used to voting for him.
He got Magic in his last few years.
Magic was a bucket, one of the greatest passers, played defense.
LeBron got Luka for a season. Bucket, good passer, no defense, injured before the playoffs and still got to the 2nd round.
I was a fan then. Before Kareem, no one had ever been impactful past age 36. But by his last two years, he could barely get up and down the court.
What LeBron is doing has no precedent at all.
Watch the games and tell me he’s not a top 20 player in the league

lol, my bad, I accidentally responded to wrong thread. I was answering someone saying Kareem was great in his 40’s.
Agree LeBron still is, yes.
Lebron is 41, avg NBA player age is 26.4.
41⁄2+7=27.5
LeBron can’t fuck more than half the league without it being sketchy.
