Second in the league in post ups, elbow touch rate of a power forward, second slowest avg speed in the league, dribbles per touch of a power forward (like not even top 100), etc.

Based off that, he really needs guys who will handle the ball. Him and Embiid (slowest avg speed in the league btw + shares all of Lebron’s other features) would make the Sixers frontcourt one of the slowest in the entire NBA.

I’d agree that after the Brown move, the Sixers lineup is probably best chance for his last ship as of now. He’s just waiting out the other teams roster moves and see if Cavs/Heat rosters (best for his story) would give him a solid chance to win it all while also weighing which storyline would sound best for his career lol. After all is said and done, I don’t think it’s gonna be the Cavs though - it’s probably ends up between Heat or Sixers.

Yep this roster is exactly the formula that LeBron won all his championships with: a floor spacing big, a guard that can share playmaking duty, and as many 3&d wings as possible.

It’s not going to happen though because the end result would be held against his legacy no matter what; if the Knicks repeat with him then people would say he rode the bus to an easy ring, and if the Knicks don’t repeat then the narrative would be that he is washed and took an otherwise championship caliber team out of contention.

Yeah I feel like Cleveland is still a slight favorite because Dan Gilbert would 100% allow LeBron to craft the roster to his liking. Even if they go into the season with the current roster with only LeBron added, if the team isn’t clicking you could see LeGM turning it into an unction and going out and getting AD or even acquiring Kyrie for a Cleveland reunion if the Donovan Mitchell fit isn’t working.

Cleveland has a lot of pieces that teams would gladly swap their older stars for and even attach a pick or two. Feels like a perfect fit for LeBron, Cleveland is home so I doubt they’d be over anxious about potentially jeopardizing their future if the alternative is a legitimate last dance Finals run for their GOAT athlete. The potential legend, money, and motion that would bring to the city is bigger than sticking with the Mitchell & Mobley era.

He’s not a good ball handler anymore, that’s the one thing that he has really lost as he’s gotten older. His handle is really loose and he struggles to consistently drive and initiate offense. Hes really a post + triple threat player at this point.
