I’d be curious to see what the difference in value the Bucks think Turner vs Poeltl is worth, as they’re both overpaid on long term deals.
A shooting 5 with size would be a really nice piece for the playoffs and Turner + CMB is a nice center platoon, gives you best of both worlds.
Turner would be an upgrade plus it’s a better contract. Turner for Poetl+picks has to be on the table.

IDK why I actually think jakob can return to form the season before this past one. His back injury clearly held him back. Hopefully with a healthy off season he can be serviceable enough for us as a solid rotational big man.
We still need another backup big man though. Playoffs showed we need additional rebounding, scottie and cmb can only do so much.
I also think this is a real possibility. I get the contract isn’t great, but Jak is a very solid C when he’s healthy. Hes a strong rebounder, has great touch around the rim and can protect the rim fairly well. If he gets healthy and we can manage his minutes a bit better, I think it’ll be fine. Especially if we can somehow get another backup C. I’m fine with CMB playing small ball 5 if necessary, but raptors fans who think we should slot in starting are delusional. Let’s not run our guy into the ground in his second year, thank you.

Kawhi is a super fit for us right now even at his current age and health concerns. 2 Time champion is exactly what we need to get this team over the hump. But I doubt we can get it done with Fox’s trade value at an all time low.
