[All-Access] Caleb Wilson is selected 4th overall by the Chicago Bulls in the 2026 NBA Draft.
He sits like me
me too lmao
It’s called the relaxed/tired stance. It’s very hard to master!
We shrimpin’ out here 🍤
Is your back constantly in pain?
Ya. That’s why we hunching over.
That’s just the “I’m about to get up” posture.
Bro got that gamer lean lmao
That’s what I was thinking, I bet he’s a console gamer.
With all due respect, you and him need to try Pilates to help with that posture
caleb wilson sounds like a footbal name tho
Torille!
He will surely be the greatest Bull ever drafted out of North Carolina
he’s no Coby White
UNC to Chicago, just to eventually end up in Charlotte is his future joining MJ and Coby
And then go to Washington to draft a bust and bully the shit out of them
He should wear #45.
I think he’s going to be the best guy in this draft.
We gunna say this for every fucking pick?
Believe it or not different people have different opinions
And they are all wrong unless they align with mine.
They’re all wrong since none of them have said Yao Ming.
No we’re all one entity
Believe it or not, straight to jail.
Don’t expect a lakers fan to be able to think like that
One of them gotta be right lol
Someone will, yes.
but fr this time (please)
I think one of this year’s picks is going to be the best guy in this draft
I’m gonna go the other way just for shits and say that everyone’s gonna be so bad that we call it a tie.
The 2000 NBA Draft special
Yeah man, it’s called playing all the sides at once, so you can never be wrong
Do you not have friends? Like have you never heard differing opinions on something so simple and uncontroversial like basketball players? Like if you like ketchup and your friend says they prefer mustard do you get genuinely mad at them?
Can I call dibs on saying this for whoever is picked tomorrow during a taco bell commercial
i think we should now, just to annoy you
Not for me, just this one. I can expound on why I think he’s the best guy if you would like?
Alex Karaban gets drafted
Yes next question…
Complain about bots when everyone has the same opinion. Complains about people when everyone has different opinions
Nah. Lakers got the best pick
I don’t think it’s crazy to say he has the highest ceiling at least. I didn’t get to watch many North Carolina games before he got hurt, but some of the highlights I saw legit looked like a 90% version of Giannis.
I think he’s a monster athlete. I like the force he plays with. But I also believe he is way more refined than people think. Handle has gotta tighten up just a little, but I love the concept. His mid post game tells me he is a real student of the game. Nice little kind of finger roll around the rim. Makes great reads from the nail (which teams panicked every time he got the ball there), sprays out to the corners, will find cutters, gets a clean lob off to the guy hanging in the dunker. He baits guys into shooting just so he can erase it. He anticipates dribble moves and picks balls clean.
I think there has been a lot of (mostly constructive and/or instructive) debate about Boozer’s processing and IQ vs Dybansta’s dynamism. I think he’s has BOTH. I can see him being an all star if the 3 point shot DOESN’T improve, which I’m guessing it probably will. (Form is okay, just think the release point is too low and he rushes a little as a consequence)
Yeah I think his processing is underrated as hell. He’s incredibly quick with his read for the game, but that got overlooked by his athletic ability. And Boozer being in the same class (and at Duke) overshadowed Caleb’s processing ability in the media
Most Jordan-like player in the draft
I personally don’t watch much college ball at all, and don’t research draft players, so I definitely don’t mind hearing why some of these players might be really good
A few reasons he has insanely high potential:
Athleticism. He’s an absolute springboard off the floor, and for his size especially, he’s very silky on the floor with very little effort to elevate out of any step.
High processing speed. You could see it a lot on both sides of the ball this year, and was a particularly big factor in his defense and rebounding.
Jimmy Butler levels of spite. He kept a list of every perceived slight on his phone and used it to hype himself up before games.
good midrange touch. Particularly on the baseline, he’s has a really polished midrange turnaround, and paired with his elevation, it’s really hard to guard.
Downsides:
decision making. There were plenty of moments where he seems to get tunnel vision, and predetermines what he’s going to do. You can tell that he’s very much used to being on a different level of athletic ability, and that can be a crutch at lower levels.
outside shooting. His form isn’t bad by any means, and I think he has the ability to become serviceable from outside, but he is never going to be a lights-out guy from behind the arc.
Strength. When having to play against stronger bigs, especially earlier in the year (watch his game against MSU for the worst example) he really struggles against stronger bigs offensively.
Overall, I think he is going to be a great player. He’s obviously young, and has the natural athleticism, so he should be able to develop some more physicality to his frame. He’s a very intelligent guy, and will adapt to the NBA game quickly. The above comp to Giannis isn’t too crazy, honestly. He should have a better shot than Giannis ultimately, but not the same level of freakish athleticism there.
I’m biased, but I think he’s the best player in the draft. Chicago hit a home run.
Thank you for the in depth explanation!
i watched a lot of the unc games this year bc i went to chapel hill, and he absolutely killed it. probably my favorite player to come through unc since coby white. made me so sad when he got injured, i would’ve loved to see what he could do in march
GDTBATH
I’d pick a few other players over him in my “favorites” category, but that’s meaningless. And 100% agree on the injury—felt like the team was really starting to gel when he went down.
always a GDTBATH :) he’s def not my #1 but i really enjoyed watching him, he was electric. his play reminded me of the games i went to as an undergrad w/ the coby, nassir little, or cam johnson teams. just really exciting stuff whenever they touched the ball. i was phase 1 first row for a game against virginia tech where nassir absolutely cooked on offense & defense, dean dome was deafening & i got a pic w one of my friends & ramses. good mems
#4 pick. From UNC. To the Bulls. Only one outcome. And yes I know he was #3.
another Caleb to save Chicago 🙌🏽
Both with a W last name. We’re in the Caleb W era now
CWill and CWil
The CW era.
Show me Pretty Little Liars and Smallville and Smackdown, then get back to me.
Chicago already got its saviour and his name is Dubious.
Oh sorry, Julius.
Believe it or not, straight to Indiana
Well one might end up in Indiana….
As much as I like Caleb, the Bears’ turnaround has more to do with coaching and the rest of the supporting cast. Caleb has flashy moments but he’s also very inconsistent
Caleb made multiple off script plays to win games last year, big ones. You can’t coach that
Yes I said he has flashy moments
You guys wouldn’t have even been a playoff team without him
Caleb is a special player, it’s definitely a mix of both. Cutler was a similar archetype who got no help. Caleb is getting help
“Has flashy moments” is an understatement. He had insane throws in very clutch situations.
I agree he needs to get more consistent but his ceiling is through the fucking roof given his talent.
He was also the only QB last season to be top 5 in interception % and sack %. He cleaned up the negative plays very quickly.
If we had a typical Bears QB last year we would have gone like 6-11. Caleb kept coming through in the clutch where our previous QBs wouldn’t have.
Dude what
He absolutely was not inconsistent 😂
Ben Johnson saved the bears, not Caleb
I can’t believe Ben Johnson launched that ball 60 yards to dj. Craaaaaaazy
can’t believe Ben Johnson threw 3 Ints in a playoff game
Nice L
who? the bears ?
Nah your Spurs. Or did you men in black your shit already?
If you don’t think it’s not equal parts both of them…stick to basketball.
It’s not, Caleb is still horrible. Lucky the defense got him 30 turnovers and BJ schemes guys wide open
You should just stick to watching hoops.
The Bears were top 10 in pass EPA. You should probably avoid topics you know nothing about
With that posture* he’s more relatable to me than AJ
Edit: shout out u/pollinium for expert level grammar expertise! 😅
Bro got a fatty?
I’m mad I saw this
Ur the one that wrote posterior instead of posture lol
Brother, Ima need you to delete this…..
Franchise changing talent right here
I hope so. I still feel sad about D Rose
No pressure with that music btw
Diabolical move by the sound team lol
I think he has higher upside than boozer
Higher ceiling, lower floor.
Bigger windows, smaller front door
Better ingredients. Better pizza.
Pizza Hut
😆 lol
Pretty sure that is the consensus
I dunno. Remember when Carlos Boozer castrated a ref on live television?
Remember when Boozer rented his house to Prince?
I think he has the worst upside of that top 4, and the worst floor too. I hope he proves me wrong!
Caleb W and Caleb W of Chicago
Man. The Caleb’s, PCA, Mune, Bedard and others. There’s so much talent in Chicago right now. Maybe this is our time to run the sports world for a little bit.
Man it feels so good to dream!!!! Go bulls, go bears, go cubs, and go Sox!! Something has got to give. We need the city up!!!!!
Love the idea but the Bulls and Blackhawks suck rn and the Cubs and White Sox are mid.
Bears are the only contender in the short run.
The Sox being mid is a massive improvement, and 99% of football contenders are only in the short term
Not the worst odds
disagree on the football contention window. a good HC is the difference maker - Rams, Pats, KC, almost everyplace with a great HC and front office can elongate their contention window. Brady and Belichick are just an absolute outlier tho.
Kyle Davidson said hold my beer and ruined the Hawks rebuild.
from UNC to chicago, crazy huh?
Caleb Wilson is Jordanesque
Most Jordanesque player in this draft
Caleb Wilson and Caleb Williams in one town is gonna be so confusing.
At least it’s not Cayleb Wilson and Caleb Wilson
Sirius playing right after you’re picked, goosebumps
i want every achievement in my life to have Sirius in the background
I’m officially old, these guys look like fucking babies
I want a suit like that
Welcome to play in tournament big dawg!!
Dudes like oh shi that’s my name !
Yall can’t lie our logo and song is great
Good for the Bulls
Almost had his first turnover with that hat
Bulls got the guy IMO. I’m jealous!
You preferred him over boozer? I’ve been researching both guys since he lottery and I’ve been torn haha
He was the number one player on my board. I think he’s the best pro from the top 4. You can’t teach “dawg” or athletescim and he’s 6’10. Love the height of his shot release. Great rebounder. Great passer. Will be fantastic on the help side. Culture setter.
I 100% think everyone will look back in five years and go “how was he not taken higher?” Happy for y’all. If only we had gotten four 🤣
It’s cool Patton Oswalt was there to dab him.
Caleb W welcome to the chi
Bro fix your damn posture!
So happy Da Bulls took him. I know there was a few people saying about they should take Darius, but I am happy with landing Caleb.
That posture 😭 bro just like me
His mom(?) is unsurprisingly tall AF. Dude is 6’9 and his mom ain’t much shorter than him
I need this guy to be a star so bad. Tired of having to bring up players who were drafted in the 20th century to hype up UNC’s NBA pedigree.
way-too-tall-kid posture beating out fit athlete posture.
Saw him during the all access stuff during the finals. He’s a likable kid and wish him success.
Those tables and seats look like straight ass. What’s going on with NBA don’t they have enough money or something?
Baby face assassin
Hell yeah
Posture posse rise up. Or slouch.
Go bulls
RAHHHHH IM SO HAPPY
Y’all got a winner fr
Do not show this to Matt Patricia
Do they not get a call like the NFL?
What’s Stevie Wonder doing at his table?
Posture is horrendous.
Stevie Wonder???
🤣😂🤣😂
I thought they traded this pick for Bowen Byram?
I didn’t know his father was Stevie Wonder.
I’m just glad that Stevie Wonder was there to see it.
Chicago’s favorite son. Caleb W.
0:12
Damn Stevie Wonder at his table
I think he bought a hobbit too. Is that his agent?
Damn I’m glad my knicks didn’t pick him 😤… we are experts at body language… learned our lesson with Julius Randle
Dumbass take
Its a joke bro. Wilson is actually my favorite of the draft and knicks obviously had no chance at him as the current champ… relax
The hair on these guys. You can just tell how spoiled and entitled they’ve been their whole life.
Why does he look so lonely?
Is it because he’s from UNC and they haven’t sent anybody to the league in ages?
Has a player with that posture ever succeeded?
