The high end of that is scary, but 45-50M in 2027 is appropriate. That puts him in line with Lauri, Zion, Sabonis, and OG.

Stats-wise, Desmond Bane is the only player I can find that put up comparable numbers and got that range of deal. But Bane’s deal is slightly lower, he’s more consistent, and he’s less of a weak link on defense.

Herro basically had one very good year on a bad team and otherwise looks more CJ McCollum than $50 million 1st/ 2nd option.
