I don’t think every team is looking at Wagler as as point guard. Plenty of teams are likely willing to have him as a 2-guard. He has the size for it. Every position can handle and pass ideally. That’s how teams like Spurs and Thunder operate.

Bingo. Giddey is still young and averaged close to a triple double this season. Wagler doesn’t make sense unless Giddey isn’t there, and even then, Wilson is still my preferred choice.

I’d argue Acuff and Brown are better shooting prospects…and Flemjng is a strong shooting prospect too. The fact he isn’t athletic and has no burst is the big problem and risk with him.
