Well, Nikola Jovic is one of the poorer contracts in the League. I’d happily give him up. He had a 48% TS this season and is making $16M/year for four more seasons. But yes, obviously Milwaukee has very little leverage here. Giannis is entering his age-32 season, seeking a veteran supermax, increasingly injured, on an otherwise-expiring deal. They’re not getting a huge haul. It’s going to be less than they could’ve gotten at the deadline.
