Conspiratorial thinking in the NBA fandom is getting really bad. It started with draft lottery stuff then moved on to refs rigging (the posts here during these playoffs were intolerable, especially during the WCF and finals), and is now moving on to “the whole thing is scripted.”

i thought it was just funny banter and so did the person they were replaying to (for context, the original post was a dude joking that maybe Danhausen really did have powers) original poster responded going along with the joke but the conspiracy reply guy was 100% serious and thought it had something to do with sports betting

I don’t like the Knicks but the silver lining with them winning is everything involving Danhausen. I can’t believe that six months ago he was sitting at home while technically on AEW, and now he’s currently the most talked about WWE star outside of the WWE umbrella. Really happy for him.
