Jeremy Sochan tried to dap up the Spurs
Pretty crazy that the Spurs made two moves before the playoffs. Sign Plumlee and waive Sochan. Sochan joined the champions.
Sochan wanted to get traded since he pretty much lost his rotation spot.
Nobody wanted him in a trade
This is an unpopular opinion but this is on Mitch Johnson. He could still play him, heck he even won us a game or two this season when he got time.
We didn’t have a PF, playing and giving him reps could’ve turned into something. Instead he got completely benched, lost all his confidence and he decided to ask out.
At that point sure, we had no choice but to waive.. but why Mason Plumlee? We didn’t need a backup C, we needed a PF.. that move made no sense to me.
I also, wouldn’t underestimate the fact that he gave the Knicks the Spurs whole playbook. At that point, rostering him and not waiving him would’ve been better. Just let him go in the off-season
Boy, y’all crack me up with this. As soon as you determine an individual’s at fault for something, ya’ try to make them responsible for everything that happened that wasn’t ideal.
This is how reddit works. You did something bad? Everything bad in the world is entirely your fault.
Don’t get me started on how Mitch shut the Strait of Hormuz
Knicks won and it’s open again… Coincidence??
Don’t even get me started on what he was up to in Germany back in the day
The comment above doesn’t sound like that at all. It’s a legitimate criticism that people brought up when it happened, which was obviously before the finals. You can find the thread in the Spurs sub from four months ago where fans said this.
The Spurs already had Kornet, Olynyk, and Biyombo. They didn’t need Plumlee. Sochan wasn’t going to be the swing piece in the finals or something, but not playing him and letting him walk was an odd choice.
(One of the other issues with reddit discussion is that people don’t actually engage with the point someone is making. That’s what this feels like.)
He was serviceable when he got time but Mitch just shut him down and only let him play 2 mins then pulls him.
Even last season, he played best NEXT to Wemby as a PF and Mitch was making him play as backup 5.
The difference in Sochan with Pop vs with Mitch is staggering. This is why I bother to say this.
Sochan in his current state is bad, no way around it.. just saying it didn’t have to be this way.
Jeremy can not shoot, this = not playing valuable minutes on almost any roster in the league
He couldn’t play Sochan, Wemby, and Castle together because of the spacing. That was the problem. He could play Barnes, Champagnie, Vassell, and KJ with those two, but not Sochan, and Mitch was never going to prioritize playing Sochan at the 4 over Castle at the 1⁄2. Once Dylan and Fox were added to the team, that made the issue even worse and meant that there was basically no lineup where Sochan at the 4 was going to really work. He needed to learn how to shoot or else he was going to wreck the spacing for the guards and Wemby. That’s how he lost his spot in the rotation.
This is Ime’s issue in Houston. He likes to play Sengun and Amen with a 3rd non-shooter like Jae-Sean Tate or Josh Okogie. NBA isn’t like that anymore, you can’t play more than 2 non-shooters these days.
I mean some of us spurs fans have been saying this for a while now. Sochan was a prospect and he was kinda ruined by our FO and coaching staff
Nah guy is just giving his opinion now how the match could be more even or interesting but some decisions had made it far worst and less balanced
This roster wasn’t designed to win … it was designed to grow and learn from … heck spurs themselves prob predicted a playoffs second round at best , let alone finals
Sochan got waived because Carter Bryant could do what he does and more
You don’t sign a 4th backup center to “grow and learn from” when you’re the second seed in the West (which they were at the time Sochan was waived)
Wemby wanted Plumlee so he could get someone to commit hard fouls for him
People think Wemby told Plumlee to hurt McCain, but really he said “I wish you were Jeremy” and that made Plumlee angry.
An alternative theory is that he said “I was under the impression we were signing Miles.”
You sign a veteran center to help your young all star center get reps in practice. 10th guy on the bench doesn’t matter when you only play 9 guys all playoffs
Sochan is much bigger and can guard much bigger players.
He got waived because his injury sapped his athleticism and he’s not effective anymore since he hurt himself.
We didn’t have a PF, playing and giving him reps could’ve turned into something.
He’s had years. Literally years of “reps” to show the coaching staff something, anything, any semblance of understanding how to play within an offence that every other player on the team was also learning at the same time.
It’s not like he was the rookie on a team of vets here, they were all learning and getting by but every time he came close to the ball on offence he would look completely out of sorts on what the heck the play was.
There’s only so much time a coaching staff is willing to spend on a guy that clearly isn’t either paying attention and trying to play out of his role when getting time.
Even on defence he would pick up the ball handler at half court and Vassell or Castle (whose assignment it was) would be confused and rush to find the guy Sochan was meant to be covering causing a mismatch in the paint with our small ball lineups.
I just saw these things way way too much early in the season, coaches pointing at him to move the ball in a direction, throwing their hands up, head shaking; its stuff he’s been doing these past two seasons that caused the team to lose faith with him.
I hope the best for the guy but nah he had plenty of chances with us. Carter came in and took his job after a couple of games.
I doubt we’ll ever get a PF to run with Wemby full time tbh. It just clogs the spacing up too much for him. Even when we run the double bigs lineup the offence takes a nosedive metrically. Wemby to me is always going to need big wings/guards around him to capitalise on his roll gravity
sochan is dogshit, it’s literally better to not pay him
I disagree, situations like these aren’t necessary anyone’s fault. Spurs rightfully assumed that they’d have more time to work with Sochan, get him regular playing time and such. Of course you guys ended up being well ahead of schedule and Sochan wasnt ready for the leap. It is what it is, sometimes timeliness dont match up.
I’m not really sure if you’ve been watching your team or not, but they don’t exactly seem like they even run plays. I’m not being a dick, it seems like they have an offensive scheme or philosophy, but at not point did I see the Spurs run anything close to what I’d consider a “play” that could be given to the Knicks.
There’s a highlight from the end of Game 1 in which Shamet recognized a Spurs playcall/setup off a timeout and the Knicks blew it up
Spurs playbook? There is no playbook
He got traded because he can’t shoot. His only chance of scoring is to be close to the rim, so if you’ve already got Wemby, you’re not going to clog the paint with an undersized centre, nor are you going to put him out on the 3PT line.
If you have a player like Wemby, you need everyone to be able to shoot because Wemby gets double teamed
Oh and also, players don’t get traded and leak game plans, the coaching staff studies the opposing team - they know what plays and style they’re going to run with based off what they’ve done the last 81 games of the season 😂😂
Even after being traded, Sochan has hardly played for NYK. So it’s not because the coach couldn’t figure out how to play him, it’s because he cannot shoot lmao.
When you’re drafted into the NBA, you’re expected to develop the required skills to compete at the highest level, he hasn’t figured out how to be a threat from outside the 3PT line
You’re also going to play KJ over Jeremy sochan, KJ is dangerous in and around the rim, so again same situation with sochan getting in the way. They also have Luke Kornet, another 7 footer that is solid on defence rotating off the bench. So definitely no room for Jeremy… I mean, they are a finals contending roster so it’s a hard roster to get a spot on 😂…. 😂
Yep—he hardly played for us too. Don’t see when or why he would have played for you in the finals. Knowing the playbook was a bit of a downside of letting him go to the Knicks. But not enough of a reason to keep him around for you guys.
“The playbook” is wildly overrated in basketball. These players have seen this sets thousands and thousands of times.
I remember seeing a report that the Knicks wanted him but the Spurs didn’t want to take on Yabusele’s contract.
Sochan kinda forced his way out, he was unhappy with the Spurs. He wanted more playing time, but signed with the Knicks just to play 117 total minutes through 21 games.
He got time in the finals. Not a lot of players get that.
3 minutes 8 seconds, but still more than the majority of Spurs useless bench
Probably had more of an impact than the 6 MOY
I ain’t even gonna deny. Fucking Keldon, man…
Bro actually forgot how to play basketball, genuinely horrible.
Yeah like what the fuck happened to him.
I watched that man torch some teams dropping efficient 20 points in the regular season to being borderline unplayable in hte playoffs.
Pressure, he’s someone that feeds of emotion. There are times when he misses a bunch then start to hesitate a lot and get into his own head.
The lights too bright for him
Spurs really have 5 big men but only one of them is truly viable in a playoff setting.
And boy did that hurt us. Signing another unplayable C in Plumlee made no sense to me. If that was to add more “veteran presence”, it sure didn’t help much. A playable C or a PF would have.
I mean considering Plumlee didn’t play a single second in the finals, that’s a lot more playing time. Especially in the context that he was playing defense for the last two Spurs posessions in Game 5.
Had he stayed I could see him tasked to guard OG a bit
I could see that. Our lack of a PF really hurt us this round
Definitely more impactful than that useless fuck Plumlee. I’m surprised he’s still in the NBA
Only cause of KAT’s foul trouble. He wasn’t a total liability either way but yeah
joining the likes of Ira Newble, Leon Powe, and Rodney Rodgers
Yes but the vibes bro
Yeah, Spurs players and fans loved him even though he was terrible. Jeremy and Wemby had a cute friendship if you haven’t seen their matching bleached hair
Yeah, wasn’t he released from the Spurs? It was a mutual decision from what I remember.
He had a reduced role, and became more unhappy. I think Spurs would have liked to keep him because he was so beloved by the team, but both parties knew it was no longer a good fit
It was a point of contention among fans until he was waived. He’s a fun character and a really likeable guy, and he had a lot of fans who still wish him well, but he had completely lost his shooting touch and Mitch refused to even play him on defense. Poor guy was bench rotting and you could see it was bothering him. I think he just lost all remaining confidence in his play.
And that’s when Sochan said ‘OK screw this I’m blazing a huge Cuban cigar on their court with my boy JC’
Jesus Christ was on the court?
You ain’t notice OG out there the whole game????
OG is too cool to be JC. Dude would turn water into wine and go, ‘Everyone was excited. I was excited too.’
“I’m the one who put you onto wine”
“But what about the wine?”
Uh just I mean, I did it. That was my goal from the start in December in Bethlehem. I went through a lot the last 30 years, a lot of ups and downs, but I just stayed with it. I’m resilient, mentally tough, and I saved humanity from eternal damnation.
Just make people forgot about the bible and subscribe to your ebook.
Not to praise a false depiction of yourself, you’re 1-of-1 JC, but South Park Jesus was at least “adaptable” to the times.
I like to imagine Jesus Christ as like a 6’8 3&D wing. Probably wearing some Jordans and like everytime he swishes a basket, a choir of angels sings “Rock you like a Hurricane.”
TBH he probably looked a lot more like OG Anunoby than whatever blonde hair blue eyed twink they normally show in such imagery
I like to think of Jesus with like giant eagle’s wings and singing lead vocals for Lynyrd Skynyrd with like an angel band, and I’m in the front row and I’m hammered drunk!
He was actually a PG who averaged 17 and 8 and made All-Star three times
The thing I love about that article is his modest numbers and achievements.
He would play the right way
Nah dude, sitting on the 3 point line would be a waste of Jesus talent. Dude can walk on water, imagine the footwork needed to do that. He would be under the basket schooling folks in the post!
Jesus is canonically a perimeter player.
Pretty sure they have this in stained glass at the Vatican.
he’s always there but no one’s ever seen him. like the easter bunny
Damn.
Mike Brown coached in San Antonio, still has his family there, lost his first and only other Finals appearance to San Antonio, coached the Kings to their first Playoffs in over two decades, lead by our current point guard, got fired and ended up coaching the Knicks, and beat us and celebrated on our floor.
Sochan was considered a core member of our youth just a year ago, toiled for playing time this season, nobody wanted to trade for him, we cut him and he somehow ends up a Knick, beat us and celebrated on our floor.
Jordan Clarkson, a San Antonio product but never ended up a Spur, despite being a journey man, plays lights out almost every time he goes against us, no matter what jersey he’s wearing, signed a minimum contract with the Knicks, was a solid bench contributor, beat us and celebrated on our floor.
I’m not religious but this Knicks title feels like there is some sort of divinity involved
Theyre watching and they dont want me to say anything… but youre absolutely right. ;)
The truth is
Jose Calderon!
Or Jordan Clarkson!
Can’t believe John Cena was out there.
I always believed in John Collins
Turns out Jarrett Culver wasn’t a bust!
I mean you see how dude was acting from the bench?
i mean was that not his job ?
if you’re not on the court, make an impact elsewhere for your team
something he clearly did
Was a big signing just for that
Wasn’t he doing the same for them when he played on the spurs?
what u want him to do ? high 5 the spurs and say good job?
If the spurs hate him for that they’re losers. I don’t think the spurs are losers
I mean, they literally are.
Just like the rest of us this season.
Hey, I’m happy for him! He always did have a few haters, but I think it’s more that it’s hard for Spurs fans to be happy for any Knicks players – even the ones who came from SA – at this particular moment.
FWIW as a neutral fan the most upvoted discussions I’ve seen here during the whole series, including now after the Knicks won, have always been respectful nuanced ones between Spurs and Knicks flairs.
For example, if there was a post about Wemby doing something bad, the top comment chain usually was something like Spurs and Knicks fans going “yep, that was out of pocket, he’s young, hot-headed and ambitious, and still has to learn. The bigger issue is the inconsistent reffing that enables that behavior. Oh, good game, btw”
To be fair, living in Europe I’m always late to any discussion, so maybe there’s been a lot of spite posted every day that I miss because it’s been downvoted by the time I open the subreddit. But that would still be a positive sign in a way.
He was acting like every other bench player on every other team. Did you see the spurs barking after every single bucket? 😂 it’s 2-0 and Wemby is doing cartwheels. 🤡
You see how Wemby was acting on the court all series?
My polish prince 😭
He’ll probably be playing in Poland soon
Making that nba champ money
And still be making more money there than I ever will. I hope he does well wherever he ends up.
Glad to see spurs fans showing their true colors.
Jeremy certainly had his haters when he was on the Spurs, but I’d say they were far outnumbered by his SA fans. He did lots of community and charity promo stuff – was one of the Spurs they’d send out to schools and youth leagues because he was easily recognized, very likeable, and fun.
You saw the top comment go “my polish prince” and your thought was “I’m going to ignore that guy, the guy who’s upset is all Spurs fans ever, and I’m going to tell everyone!”?
“This is what I do with my time online!”
I love Sochan but let’s be honest his abysmal offense and shooting makes him unplayable on any team that hopes to win in the NBA
He’s not THAT bad
Lmfao they didn’t tolerate the trolling he did to some of them the whole series
They could dish it. Yet, they couldn’t take it.
One might say they were in own their head BOY
If one were having a stroke, sure I guess.
Lmao 🤣 🤣 🤣
Wemby is quickly becoming the king of this
Everyone begs for players to stop being chummy with each other until players stop being chummy with each other
I swear the talks like this about Wemby, but if Kobe did that, y’all would gas that shit up.
Easily a Goomba fallacy. Those are not the same people dawg
I mean there’s a difference between being chummy and showing respect with a handshake.
Ultimately I think this is overblown, but still, those are not mutually exclusive concepts.
I think on the court and during the series that’s fair, especially during the playoffs. Afterwards be a fucking man and have some sportsmanship. Walking off like that is just lame and makes you look worse imo. It’s not like this is some existing rivalry and there’s bad blood. Once again just my opinion but made their team look weak af how they left
Really?! People beg for that?
…yeah? Like, one of the main criticisms people (read old heads) have thrown at the modern game is that they all act like best friends.
almost like there’s 2 different groups of people eh? couldn’t be that, this is supposed to be a hivermind
When people say they don’t want the players to be chummy I doubt they mean that they shouldn’t display sportsmanship when a series is over, but whatever the whole thing is overblown though I don’t think you can really deny that it makes the spurs look a little immature
All rich people are friends, just wait till they get off the basketball court
Counterpoint: no they’re not. Plenty of “rich people” hate each other
Everyone who says Sochan is doing too much or that Spurs just lost finals so its understandable is a fucking idiot.
It’s completely normal to both congratulate the victors and talk to those who lost and show them respect. Like this actually makes Wemby look like a bitch. You lost, you shake hands you go home. It’s simple and something that every kid is taught.
This is true. Past finals games I’ve seen the losers stay on the court to congratulate the winners. At the end of the day it shouldn’t be personal. Sportsmanship is part of the game and you should be gracious in defeat. Them walking out immediately after losing just shows to us that they’re a bunch of sore losers.
2016 Warriors lost in a more heartbreaking fashion and Steph still stayed for a while even hugging Kyrie and having a convo with him. I’m sure the Spurs can suck it up for a minute and congratulate the Knicks.
Spurs are bitch made.
I hate watch the pistons but I know Cade would be out there to congratulate the winner if they lost
Wemby is a big 7’5” bitch for this
I just watched the Hurricanes beat the Knights on their home ice. Canes were jumping for joy and hugging, the whole time the Knights didn’t move. Stayed on the ice, lined up and shook hands. Sure it’s painful but not impossible and I would love to have seen it when the Knicks won
they’re too sophisticated for sportsmanship
Losing to unsophisticated offense 4 times will do that to you
Popovich would not stand for this shit. I don’t blame them for not shaking all the Knicks hands, but sochan was there brother in arms
Pop asked the spurs crowd to not boo Kwahi after his whole fiasco in SA Pop is a class act and the greatest coach of all time imo.
Oh how the mighty have fallen… from Tim Duncan encouraging his opponents to play better in live gameplay action tips of, “nice fga, but if you pivot from this direction next time, you’ll find yourself a cleaner look” et. al real OG in your head shit, gentleman in win or loss from day dot, to elbows to the throat and shoves from the neck on down, walk off from the court despondently about it all when it turns out that shit just ain’t cut it.
Bro how do you grow up into a grown ass adult that can use a computer and not know the difference between there and their ?
Pop was the dad who you made you do shit you didnt want to do for your own good, and mitch was the mom that let you do whatever the fuck you wanted and complain about ooh what am I going to do with these boys. Mitch needs to go. These young guys need actual guidance.
As Pop is my witness, Mitch is getting fired 100%.
Not for this stuff but for coaching badly.
Sochan basically has one foot out of the NBA door anyway.
And one finger getting sized for a ring
Tbf he was getting a ring regardless of who won the Finals
With how these guys acted maybe not? It’s usually an organizational decision and if they don’t like him they could have decided not to.
i mean what did he do lmao, id be too tilted to shake his hand
What did he do? Genuinely asking lmao. I didn’t see
nothing. 26 mins of garbage time
Oh I thought you were saying he talked shit to them or taunted. In that case still don’t get why they’re angry lol
He talked a little shit and did general pest behavior, but nothing you wouldn’t expect from guys on the bench in the playoffs.
Because you’re soft
between Sochan forcing himself out of San Antonio, him telling the media that he’s giving information to the Knicks about Wemby and the Spurs, and heckling the Spurs from the bench (on top of them losing); I’m not sure what he expected to happen running up to them afterward?
the sportsmanship argument is going to be worn to death over the next few weeks though. there’s examples of teams/players staying on court in the 2020s, and there’s a ton of examples of teams and star players not doing it in the 2010s. former pros are 50⁄50 on it too.
how did sochan force himself out of san antonio? i thought sochan and the spurs agreed to trading him, they couldn’t find a trade partner, so they waived him?
He wanted out since he fell out of Mitch Johnson’s rotation. Spurs looked for interested teams where he can get some playing time and NY came up. They waived him knowing he will get picked up by the Knicks.
I think the Knicks tried to play him but it didn’t also work but he’s a champion now so he wins either way. Happy for that dude.
Regarding this video, he’s been very close with Wemby so I won’t be surprised if you we see both of them being friendly and shit in the offseason.
sochan was vocal about being left out of the rotation and not seeing eye to eye with the staff as well as his development with the spurs, so from all accounts it seemed it was him asking to leave and the spurs front office, being pretty player-first usually and sochan being liked, going okay. i’m sure they would have kept him otherwise, especially if it meant he kept a role similar to what he has on the knicks. spurs fans would know more about it than me though.
Naw thats pretty much what happened.
quick technical question… like, how are you NOT supposed to give info about the team you just came from to the team you just joined…. Like unless you man in black yourself there that is literally going to be impossible not to do
you’re right and it’s pretty standard. it’s just a timing thing since he did the interview on june 1st, and the Finals are a emotional few weeks.
[deleted]
They refused to shake when they won the WCF too lol.
It’s called sportsmanship, you shake hands.
it is hilarious that people are acting like this is a new concept
Watching people try to explain it happens all the time and pulling clips from old Finals of guys dapping up after it’s over has been fun.
Look it’s not the end of the world. But you usually don’t see a whole team (minus the vets) congratulate nobody for winning the championship including a guy who was their teammate for years as recently as this season.
I’m not sure we needed 3 days of discussion about this lol
With the amount of shit Wemby talked he did it to himself 🤷♂️
It’s the off season. What else are people going to talk about?
You’re right. Both teams need to lineup single file and shake each others hands and say “good game”
I mean…yeah. That’s normally how sportsmanship works.
Have no idea why something as simple as this is being scoffed at now, but it’s lame as hell.
The only time I wouldn’t do this is if my tummy hurt from eating too many of the orange slices that Luke’s mom brought for us
It’s a literal season ending game. I don’t think any competitor would take offense to this.
Regular season, low stakes games, yeah the handshakes are good for sportsmanship
The thought of possibly the North Carolina players just standing on the sideline after Villanova hit the game winning buzzer beater to win the championship waiting to shake their hand is hilarious to me. Confetti streamers and all just waiting for them to get done celebrating hugging and crying just to shake their hand.
And it’s just awkward if everyone is running to the court to celebrate and the opposing team is just standing there waiting for them to gather themselves to shake hands lmao
That’s BS show some sportmanship.
Or maybe just stop being a manlet. sportsmanship goes beyond the court.
Ok this actually lame of the spurs .
Tbf he was prolly not on the best terms with that locker room the way that tenure ended
If you go look at the regular season Knicks Spurs games, I’m pretty sure you’ll see him getting at least a couple of hugs or fist bumps and such from the Spurs. That’s a big ask, though, when you’ve just lost the biggest game your team’s ever played on your own court and your opposition is celebrating around you.
And yet people have been doing it for years. This isn’t the first NBA finals. Spurs look like bitches for this
No one gives a fuck these days.
Same way no one gave a fuck when Lebron ran off and didnt shake a single hand after losing in 2009.
Last time that shit actually mattered was back in 1991 when the Pistons walked off early to not shake hands with the Bulls.
I’m not so sure that no one gives a fuck. I vividly remember LeBron getting raked over the coals for doing that in 2011, and the fact that people still talk about the Celtics and Pistons doing it almost 40 years ago suggests that people do care.
I’ve yet to see an example of a team/superstar doing that without getting a ton of criticism for it, just like Wemby and the Spurs currently are. It’s not a mortal offense, it’s just a bad look after they made themselves look increasingly bad over the course of the Finals. They’ll grow (hopefully) and people will get over it, but not if people give them a pass.
This sub had gotten more petty this year
Nobody hates basketball more than NBA fans, shits becoming a soap opera at this point
Bunch of dirty babies with Wemby at the helm
Spurs have lost a lot of my respect after how they’ve acted during the playoffs.
Bad sportsmanship
What the dog doing?????
That could be their wives and girlfriends trying to dap them up like that and the same thing would probably happen. Although the players would be in a lot more trouble when they get home.
Would Pop let this pussyfit slide?
They don’t mess with the Sochan
Apparently sportsmanship is only about 7’1” cuz Wemby thinks he’s above it.
Spurs represented their team poorly. even more so when they decided to not shake hands. i hope they never win.
They’re some soft ass sore losers. The series is over.
Sochan is your friend and you won’t even look at him
Soft. Disrespectful. Ignorant. Petulant. And someday it’ll come back to them.
It’s a shame. Just poor sportsmanship to not shake hands because you lost.
He thought they’d let all the bs he was doing on the bench slide and be cool after the fact? lol
Hockey players literally beat the shit out of each other for an entire series and when they are done they line up as teams and shake hands.
If they can do it, basketball players can do it, too.
Yeh pretty much. Lots of shit happens during a series and players normally manage to shake hands after 🤷
Give it time? Hope spurs young ones listen tobwhat draymond suggested, missed the chance to show sportsmanship after the game, but chance to reach out still. Karma follows these things.
They some sore losers. Basketball gods do not look favorably to this kind of behavior. Be careful Spurs. They can hype u up all they want but nothing is guaranteed.
Dirty bitches and sore losers
What kind of POS attitude has gotten into all these Spurs players?
Not shaking hands, ignoring former teammates, and one incident after another. It comes across as pure arrogance and entitlement.
It’s a pretty bad look, and it’s hard to see how anyone thinks this reflects well on the team.
I’ll admit I don’t like it and think it’s a bad look. My understanding is that Kornet and Barnes shook hands with at least some of the Knicks, and Fox obviously went and congratulated Mike Brown. As for the rest of them, I think they followed Wemby’s lead because you don’t want to look out of step with your top player. I’m not sure what Mitch did. I don’t remember if the team always did it when Pop was HC but that doesn’t feel like something he’d let them get away with.
Wemby. Arrogant af which people saw as a positive but it’s pretty clear he can not handle losing st this point.
I guess the big brains over here haven’t considered they just didn’t hear him? They certainly didn’t see him since not a single person was facing his direction
Any reason to be mad about something I guess lol
It’s amazing how fast you can go from media/fans darling to hated.
With all the shit okc is taking, rightfully so, they were all class after losing that game 7 on their home court, both after the game and later in the press
Who cares on to the next season, only r/nba loves petty drama
Spurs sure have fragile ego.
As if I couldn’t despise SAS more.
Everybody wants more competitive players until players start acting more competitive.
Spurs moved on from Sochan and brought in Plumlee.
It’s absolute cinema that Plumlee walking into the tunnel first, with Wemby and Castle following behind him, while Sochan gets ignored trying to talk to them
Bitches
