Jalen Brunson has the best playoff winning percentage of any star PG against 60-win teams in NBA history
After closing out the Spurs in 5 games to bring the Knicks their first title since 1973, Brunson is now 3-0 against 60-win teams in his playoff career. A perfect record, and more 60-win team scalps than players like Magic, Kyrie, Westbrook, Nash, Kidd, Iverson, SGA, CP3, Lillard, or Isiah ever managed in their entire careers.
Brunson’s three:
2022 Suns (64-18) — won 4-3 in WCSF with Dallas
2025 Celtics (61-21) — won 4-2 in ECSF with the Knicks
2026 Spurs (62-20) — won 4-1 in the NBA Finals
Every star PG’s record vs 60-win teams in playoff series:

2018 Rockets (65-17) — won 4-3 in WCF (CP3 hamstring injury, Houston missed 27 straight 3s in Game 7)
These two are the only star PGs in NBA history with a flawless record against 60-win teams. Brunson now has the most wins at that rate.
