Chris Jent played more playoff games than regular season games in the NBA. He didn’t do much but actually played in multiple finals games for the rockets when they beat the Knicks in 1994.

I was wondering why Mike Brown wasn’t the one drawing up the play in that last time out. Forgot Mike was more of a defensive guy.

Massive respect to Mike Brown for this quote. I don’t think people understand it. You know the confidence/integrity that it takes to tell the world about one of your best assets at your biggest moment of popularity? Brown cares about doing what’s right, not just what he should do to keep winning. He knows he can keep winning.

Kudos to the Knicks FO for giving Mike Brown a great offensive coordinator. Throughout his career, one of Brown’s weaknesses has been his offense.

The reason he hasn’t is definitely some ageism right? I feel like if you hit 50 and haven’t been a head coach yet, you’re destined to remain an assistant for good. Makes no sense, but feels like everyone wants a young head coach

Chris Jent is the real deal. He was an assistant coach on the Hawks the year we went to the ECF, and I remember folks speculating that him leaving was part of why our offense dropped off so much afterwards.
