This game for sure but last game his impact was clear. Whenever he subbed back in, they stated the comeback (in the 3rd and 4th quarter) and he made the game saving tip on the inbound pass.

This game they won despite him but the rest he was a key part of the wins

I’d argue they made that comeback in the second half of Game 4, because KAT was actually able to stay on the floor.

OG was obviously the star player, but the Knicks were only able to play their game because KAT was playing instead of watching from the bench. He just unlocks their playstyle.

Game 5 is really the only game he played, and their offense still looked bad.

The no call on Brunson was truly some calculated evil shit by the refs, there’s no other way to see it. Doesn’t look like Wemby did it on purpose, but brunson rolled his ankle and was limping after the game– it’s literally the textbook reason that those are mandatory flagrant fouls. If you don’t call that and eject wemby there’s no reason for the rule to exist.

The poked eye no call was also bs but you could see in the replay that the ref just didn’t have it in his sight line
