Its Teague being successful thats caused the trend because he is legit just randomly present for a bunch of weird stuff or nba meme moments. I think the other players want that same kind of connection to stuff but it always feels forced like they are inserting themselves while teague is just story about the meme picture or I was just on the bench yapping and it happened.

They all have podcasts. They all think they’re interesting. And the more they talk, the more you realize that they’re all kind of dumb. And full of themselves.

Literally the season after Lin left, the Knicks had their best team in a decade and finished third. Because Lin left, they used that money to sign Jason Kidd who really helped the team and made numerous other moves like signing Marcus Camby. They finished first in the Atlantic that season and all Knicks fans and players moved on from Lin.

You guys have this weird retrospective on Linsanity that doesn’t match reality. The Knicks didn’t go downhill because Lin left. They went downhill because they never built upon the 2012-13 Knicks roster.

People on here spent every moment of Melo discourse bitching about Jeremy Lin and insisting he ruined Lin’s career and demanding he apologize and address it, accusing him of dodging it

I played on HS Basketball team with two NBA players. I am 5’7”. I was in the backcourt with one of them. With the other high level players they would talk trash…“hey cindad83 gonna hurt you. Don’t forget, he can ball” im nowhere on their level but my 6-8 points and 3 steals and tough defense will really mess you up in a tight game if they come at the right time. Like one of our best players goes out in the early 3rd with his 4th foul and in 6 minutes I hit two 3s get a steal and draw a charge. I didn’t do anything else the whole game but I helped us weather a storm and that wasn’t in the game plan for the other team to account for.
