Victor Wembanyama when asked about reports of Knicks fans attacking Spurs fans in New York after Game 3:
“I didn’t know that… We’re just playing a game out there. And I’m all for passion, but to the respect of each other. It’s unacceptable.”
I mean, yeah, he answered correctly
I think every single player on both teams would respond the same way, feel like it’s pretty much a rhetorical question
Knicks players would answer “good, kill them next time,” according to r/nba
Nah it seems to be the common opinion that the players are good & fun to root for but the fans are trash
Yeah pretty much this. I like Kat, he’s one of my favorite non Spurs players and he’s just a likable dude.
These Knicks fans though… ugh.
Yeah, when we were down 0-2 and looked..young..I was like “well at least Mikal will get a ring.”
I think part of it is I just hated that OKC team so much though that all the Knicks players seem pretty cool. (Outside of Robinson)
Yeah I had no hard feelings towards this Knicks team before yesterday. Most of the players are cool. I also like KAT.
But now? Fuck em. Their fans don’t deserve them
Bruh we’re 8 million people lol, most of us think they’re a bunch of degenerates too
Hart’s kind of annoying, but it’s a team full of second and third-contract guys who have been doubted at one point or another, balling out. It’s an easy group to like for sure.
The Knicks fans I know personally are all pretty alright. The crazy shit that’s been posted is a whole other world.
Yeah it’s obviously a minority of Knick fans that are engaging in this sort of stuff, but when your fanbase is that massive (like ours), that minority seems much larger than it is. Doesn’t help that you don’t see any/many fans trying to shut it down as it’s happening
And the worst part is they’re getting what they want, views, the sidetalk videos were awesome but they absolutely empowered the worst clout chasing idiots in New York. Beyond sports I’m tired of morons ruining everything for everyone, been my lifelong dream to see a Knicks parade and if they actually manage to pull this off I probably won’t go to avoid putting my girl in a dangerous situation. These fools weren’t riding with us when we were celebrating David Lee making the ASG but they show up now to ruin the vibe smh.
Those fools were like 5 years old when David Lee made that all star team. That doesn’t mean they aren’t real fans, it just means you’re old lmfao
Well you know what….you got me there
I don’t really understand why people are acting surprised that this is happening when New Yorkers are famous for being a dick heads to other people. Do people think that that is impossible to translate into anything beyond yelling at somebody for no reason as they walk on a street?
Bro if you’re from Toronto you should know that same stereotype applies to your city, as someone that actually lives there I’m sure you know that’s false & not an accurate representation of the majority of people
Lol no it doesn’t. New York is famous for it even compared to other similar cities. Canadians also aren’t blunt enough to compare with that level of in your face dick headedness.
Ask any Canadian & they’ll say Toronto has the reputation of stuck up douchebags. On a global scale you’re right, because Canadians in general are viewed as a monolith. But for anyone who knows Canadian cities, Toronto has always been stereotypically considered the most unfriendly
Because that’s not how most people behave. The vast majority of people are kind and will go out of their way to help you out. This is a very small minority in a city of millions.
Unfortunately it’s a trend with every New York and Philadelphia sports team.
It’s funny watching the sports world react to this as a Philly fan. Deja vu from the birds’ 2017-18 run except I don’t remember fans jumping anyone
Hart is absolutely Brunson’s hatchet guy and I love him for it.
The only Knick I don’t like is Shamet. He just flails around like an asshole.
Proven by the comment you’re responding to alluding to some bizarre victim complex
Every comment I’ve seen has been to the tune of, ‘I like the knicks players, but fuck that fanbase.’ People don’t hate the team or players, just y’all.
Where have you seen that? I haven’t seen a single realistic comment or post saying that
Bro you know nobody is slandering the players. People love Brunson, KAT, OG, just about the whole squad right now.
The fans are the issue.
all in his head
Aww so you’re the real victim here
You’re insane, everyone likes the Knicks players, they’re a really likeable bunch. Everyone hates Knicks fans, and Knicks fans demonstrate why the hatred is deserved without fail. Fuck them
Don’t ask Mitchell Robinson
Especially as a Spurs’ player. I think it would be great if there came a much stronger response from Brunson, Towns, Hart, etc.
I feel like if it were me, I wouldn’t want assholes who do that wearing the same colors as me.
The anti-JJ McCarthy
I like how this post is right above the “Shaq supports wemby shoving brunson get your little ass off me” post. No meaning behind this comment just thought it was funny.
I cannot tell if I’m shocked or not from all the videos I have seen online. It’s just stupid, inappropriate, and dangerous behavior. Just act like human beings, it’s not that hard.
Unfortunately, I think they are acting like human beings. Humans in large crowds act different when the pack mentality kicks in.
Didn’t see this happen after the Spurs lost, twice, at home though. Really bad look for Knicks fans.
Don’t recall seeing it after Chicago, LA, Miami, or Boston lose year after year either.
It’s a NYK thing it would seem and it’s crazy that a SPURS PLAYER is the one that’s telling people to relax. Not the Knicks players. Not the Knicks org. WEMBY.
Dodgers fans have done shit like this.
Edit: It was actually giants fans who killed a dodgers fan. Dodgers fans did beat a giants fan badly.
That was 14 years ago, not “a few.” He’s also still alive.
thanks for the correction, i had it mixed up with the giants fans who stabbed a dodgers fan.
What in the psychotic rationalization is going on here? So because Dodgers fans did, we just stop calling out Knicks fans?
I’m with OP: just try being a good human.
Somebody has to be the adult in the room. In this case I guess it’s the 22 year old star on the other team.
That’s a fuckin horrible look man, the Knicks org already sucked ass, and now they look like bitches
Yup there’s never once been any kind of unruly behavior for fans from anywhere except for NYC/s. Come the fuck on with this nonsense.
It does seem that for whatever reason in several of the Knicks series there are videos of fans of the opposing team getting mobbed and having jerseys grabbed at. I haven’t seen videos from other fans but it happened with the Pacers last year, and the Sixers and Spurs this year.
i think it is a population issue. if 1% of a fan base is crazy, but NYK’s represent the entire 8 mil NYC metro
i mean fuck thats a lot of crazy people
a pacers fan stabbed a knicks fan at a bar last year, but it’s the pacers so that one crazy guy is like an entire 1% of their fan base
Manhattan alone has more people than the whole city of San Antonio. Larger group more idiots taking the opportunity to cause chaos
I had a couple of Spurs fans make some threats from their car but nothing actually came about from it. Karma’s going to bite us in the ass and I fucking hate it
Yeah - we have violent idiots too - I would not be horribly surprised to see a video of some Spurs fans fighting with Knicks fans in a parking lot. Some isolated incident or two where shit talk escalated.
Can not see a mob of Spurs fans hunting down people in Knicks gear though, lol.
If the Spurs were from a city where 8 million people were stacked on top of eachother and tens of thousands of people were gathering for watch parties you would probably see more of it
Same reason why there is always chaos in Philly when the eagles are in the playoffs
You get a thousands of dudes with poor impulse control together and give them an “enemy” and shit goes south
Bad look for these individuals. A city of 8 million people is not a monolith.
No one is posting videos of “bummed out Knicks fan walks home assaulting no one”
San Antonio is a veryy different place than NYC but yea this was terrible that it even happened
Yes. I also think it’s a strong likelihood that the only agenda is violence. Maybe some very slight team pride—or so they would claim—but more so looking to generally cause trouble because the opportunity is there. Very sad.
The video I saw sure made it seem like they were hunting for spurs fans
The agenda is violence and the targets were spurs fans
Yeah the spurs part is a convenient excuse. It doesn’t matter what it is … They just want to attack easy targets for fun
This is the second series in a row something like this has happened, or did we already forget they were harassing Cavs fans in the ECF? (Notice how I said “harass” because clearly this time around it’s more than harassment) If it were the first time and no one go hurt, okay cool. Condem it and move on. But now it’s a pattern and it’s escalating.
Pretty sure there were clips of Knicks fans attacking other fans last year too
Yep. If it wasn’t the Knicks it would be something else. They’re just looking for an excuse to act like this
Yeah I don’t think it’s a Knicks thing, I think it’s a “clout/views chasing assholes congregating in Manhattan” thing.
Yep anti social freaks who just want an excuse to commit violence against easy targets.
You’re discounting how much the Kalshis of the world paying to get viral clips (the ‘My mayor Muslim…’ clip is a Kalshi ad) has made people start acting for the camera to try to go viral.
Dog Kalshi is evil but youre reaching with this somehow being their fault lmao
I think there is a bit of a difference between a funny line that got clipped and jumping someone
I’ve gone to tons of watch parties for NHL and NBA games in a few different cities since 2015 ish. I’ve almost never seen anything worse than booing someone in the opposing team’s jersey and when shit did start to get out of hand, someone usually got security involved immediately and the bad fans were kicked out.
The worst behavior I’ve seen has been since 2020, but largely people behave well. Not sure if it’s more societal breakdown since the pandemic or if there’s a certain segment of Knicks fans more prone to this behavior
I think the pandemic caused a mass breakdown of morality because there were a lot of people who were just pretending to be good and they realized that there’s no actual social enforcement if they stop pretending.
I do think a “actually morality and public behavior matters” backlash is building but it’s gonna take a couple years to percolate.
a lot of people who were just pretending to be good and they realized that there’s no actual social enforcement if they stop pretending.
Yeah, the pandemic contributed for sure, but I also wonder if a criminal, rapist, thieving, bitch-ass phoney running the country for pure personal gain while congress sits on their thumbs has something to do with it.
I think his 2024 election was a symptom of morality collapse, not the cause of it.
He was president in 2016-2020. He had a huge roll in bungling covid response, which you pointed to as the reason.
But yeah, of course it’s a super complicated question with a million variables. Probably started way before either 2016 or COVID either, but man, feels like the sprint has been on.
Yeah, agreed.
I think do most of them ARE real Knicks fans. It’s just that when you have so many rabid fans concentrated in a single area and being hooligans together, it legitimately becomes a mob… and people start becoming even more unhinged/crazy/violent when spurred by mob dynamics. Obviously, this doesn’t represent all Knicks fans – just a small minority… but I think most of these folks are actual Knicks fans, not just agitators. Just the worst of the fanbase, goaded and fomented by mob mentality.
NYC has a unique problem with this bc what makes the city vibrant – its sheer density of people – is the same thing that inevitably creates dense mobs of rabid fans, in a manner that doesn’t occur elsewhere.
Real Knicks fans still include thugs. And that is what a mob is. Thugs in a group. Of course it’s not all Knicks fans. You don’t need to even say that. But they are still part of the real fanbase.
Knicks fans will tell you that every fanbase has fans like this, but Knicks definitely have the most.
I haven’t seen anything like this from any other fan base in any other sport. I’ve seen fans get in fights, sure, but this isn’t that. This is a gang of assholes jumping and beating innocent people minding their own business. That’s not the same as two drunk dudes mutually engaging in a fight. That’s still pathetic, but this is just evil and disgusting in every way. Fuck that “every team has bad fans” bullshit.
As a Philly fan, I agree. Bad fans exist in every fanbase, but this was insane.
One of the most populous cities on Earth with an extremely high population density. That’s not an excuse but it’s an explanation
I got downvoted for saying Knicks fans are obnoxious a week ago lol
Rats can’t act like humans it’s impossible
Sidetalk influenced this behavior. They made funny videos the first few times but its old and now we’re seeing the results of glorifying this type of “fan”
there’s a ton of copycats now that encourage this behavior at the garden tbh, sidetalk tries not to show the violence or people they can tell are just trying to go viral.
yup. the ones pushing this wierd violent shit are the copycat ones. every video its the same group of people and ofc a prediction market sponsor on the mic
Pretty sure Sidetalk doesn’t post violence
They post hooliganism and they definitely have posted knicks fans ripping jerseys off opposing fans before
they havent posted during the finals, i wonder why.
Knicks took multiple massive L’s last night. Generational performance.
Insane vibe shift from the first two games
Spurs were shaping up to be the next big villain after that Wemby-Brunson shove went viral. Then the next morning the fight videos started going viral and I noticed a shift in vibes. Kind of neutered the spurs’ heel turn. This series is insane tho so we will see what happens
they were acting like they were up 3-0 by the end of game 2 lmao
last night is going to change the series
certainly changed a lot of people’s opinions about your team, that’s for sure
Correct answer, and sentiment. Knicks fans have been condemning that shit all morning. Let’s debate the game and the series, not who has the shittiest 0.1% of fanbase.
Definitely caught me by surprise. Tons of Knicks fans were in SA for their wins and I even saw some running around the city in their gear waving flags after. Didn’t hear of them getting attacked though.
Most of us are normal fans lol. We just happen to have a lot of shitty fans with a loose grip on their mental health, unfortunately. There’s no place for that shit, I’d rather be arguing and debating about the missed flagrants on Wemby than having to defend myself because of some psychopaths.
It is what it is. Charge and ban the criminals, let the rest of us get back to enjoying the series.
I do think the fans need to police their own to an extent. Other Knicks fans who see this need to step in and shut that shit down. Like it or not, it also does represent at least a portion of the fanbase and the city.
In the arena maybe but I think it’s asking a lot for random bystanders to intervene in assaults at night on the streets. This is what we pay the cops all that money for isn’t it?
Lol yeah I’m not approaching a crazy/violent/drunk person cuz they’re wearing a jersey of my favorite team
Every fanbase has shitty fans
there are a lot of environmental factors i think (as opposed to just: new yorkers are more violent). msg’s on top of a transportation hub, in an area w consistent nightlife frequency, etc. density makes anonymity which emboldens bad actors. one such bad (or being more charitable, questionable) action is drinking too excess. doing so in a emotionally charged environment where people feel anonymized by the density? ik this is all a bit annoyingly theoretical but i think it speaks to the difference outside a typical arena vs outside msg
The environmental factors are definitely a part of it, I think a lot of it comes down to just the difference between “after the game everyone goes back to the parking lot and drives home in individual cars” vs “everyone floods toward the subway like a marauding army while everyone is all amped up and drunk”. For example, in Chicago I’ve seen some brain meltingly dumb shit happen in the subway stop by Wrigley Field after completely meaningless random regular season games, purely from idiots reacting to / feeding off this dynamic.
On the flip side though, this way leads to less drunk driving which probably does mean fewer injuries / more safety in the long run
im surprised to see so many instances of this from ny fans, ive visited nyc a few times and the people are consistently the nicest and most welcoming of anywhere Ive gone.
There was the one dude who got his chain snatched but he didn’t look like he got jumped
Yeah we all have shitty fans. I’ve seen plenty DV and murder perp walks in Spurs jerseys.
I’ve seen Sixers fans pour beer and intentionally vomit on children. Every base has their own shitty niche subsection.
>intentionally vomit on children
..wut
Yeah that one was really gross, but the girl was 9 years old.
Charles Barkely spit on an 8-year old girl when he was a Sixer.
Maybe she had it coming
I love how out of all the places possible, you chose Philly fans as an example like it’s just 0.001% of their fans who misbehave😭
It’s just an example I’ve witnessed in person. Every team has fans like that. No place for any of it.
Every fan base has shitty individual fans absolutely, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a violent mob waiting outside the stadium to assault any opposing fans they see at any other sporting event in any other American city
The Spurs logo is the tattoo for Orejons a Bexar County prison gang. /s
Lol you’re not wrong. I had to get creative with my spurs tattoo because I work as a technician for commercial food equipment and work in jails and prisons from Waco to Mcallen.
I got David Robinson boxing Godzilla.
NGL I’d like to see that lol. I’ve had non affiliated friends interested in getting spurs themed tats and we had to advise against them. Not saying anything will happen but if you ever get pulled over or out in public then you will be targeted.
Lmao, I just got one this weekend that didn’t have the spurs logo or anything representing the 210 this weekend. Just a sugar skull with a sobrero that has “Spurs” on the brim of the hat lol. There were some others that I did like, but thought “No way do I wan to be mistakingly identified.”
I would like to see a large portion of real Knicks fan try to come in between the mobs and the Spurs fans. If that actually happens, it would show the real fans don’t condone this and it would send a message to these fake fans trying to go viral or do extreme things for clout that they are not welcomed.
You want normal, unproblematic people to enter an altercation to try and break it up? I don’t think most people are willing to put themselves in harms way like that, and that doesn’t make them bad people.
Yeah, people should call them out or try to call the cops over, but I wouldn’t expect anyone to jump in the middle of that shit.
I, and many others, are really sorry that it’s happening and openly condemn it; however, that’s a job for the police. No one’s getting in the way of an angry mob unarmed, but I’ll happily point the cops that direction if I see something.
Have they? These comments look like they’re justifying it
[removed]
Right haha
Some of them, sure. Most of the ones I have seen have been condemning it.
Right, condemning online, yet EVERY time the knicks are in the playoffs there are dozens of these stories and videos that pop up. The whole “this doesn’t represent us” shit rings really hollow when this happens over and over with no changes.
In general, this is not a generic Knicks fan. But these hooligans taking over what is a crowning moment for a city is sad and abhorrent. NYPD is overstretched in this moment too and if these guys continue causing havoc, the only alternative would be to shut down parts of city and discourage gatherings. Which even though I am a spurs fan, I would feel sadness because the city has been starved for success
There’s no debate about that.
absolutelly.
Sure, but let’s also call out the Knicks fanbase and NYC for this trashy and violent behavior.
Mayor Mamdani needs to get out and say something. I am constantly reminded how he is a great mayor this is a opportunity to tell the New Yorkers to stop behaving like animals. They’ll listen to him.
Just like Kendall Jenner in that Pepsi commercial
You made me rewatch the SNL sketch about it. So good. https://youtu.be/Pn8pwoNWseM
She’s weak. Couldn’t even end racism with a Pepsi. At least Rocky ended the entire Cold War with one boxing match
They’ll listen to him.
That’s incredibly naïve, but a nice thought
Oh shit guys, the mayor just said to keep our hands to ourselves and stay respectful. We gotta back down. Anyway, I’m headed back home to do my homework and respect my parents. 🤓
For some reason I don’t think that’s going to work.
The people that did the attacking aren’t even old enough to vote. They don’t care about mamdani
I don’t think the people doing this are going to be easily influenced or inspired by Mamdani. Probably needs to lean the other way and empower the police to make examples out of everyone (with charges, not brutality) acting like this to discourage it directly.
Cops need to learn to de-escalate and disperse the not be more brutal… They are already extremely good at that…
You desperately need to get out of a Reddit bubble if you think anything you just said bears even the slightest bit of resemblance to reality.
The kind of animals who commit random acts of violence over sports do not give a single shit about what any mayor has to think. Hell, they wouldn’t even stop if Brunson himself was out there begging them to.
Yeah bro, I’m sure they would take orders direct from him to chill out lmao
He’s been great so far, he definitely needs to be the talking head behind calming down this city and regain control before it gets even worse
Those types of people don’t care about who the mayor is
In that sidetalk interview you can tell he is kinda dreading what will happen if the Knicks win.
I would too if I was in his shoes but as the mayor it’s his civic duty to do his job and represent the city
where is the /s?
Physicality should stay on the court
Facts.
Beyond that it’s just garbage behavior.
I’m surprised the mods left this up, they’ve been taking everything else down to do with the New York violence
Mods if you’re reading this: you suck ass
I don’t think people who haven’t been to New York realize just how large New York City actually is. There are just people EVERYWHERE.
It makes Boston (which is a large major city) look like a small town. It makes Los Angeles look like a mid sized city like it belongs in the middle of Indiana.
Just the sheer size and scope of New York is astonishing to see and experience in person. All it takes is for a few people to start some shit and things can get out of hand fast.
I’m from a rural Arkansas town of 3,000. My mom is a truck driver so I rode along with her during the summer and one summer we got a load into NYC. It felt like there were more people in a single block than there were in my entire town. It was completely overwhelming to my 9 year old brain. Then we had to hand unload the truck on the street and those people walking by did not give a single fuck, they’d walk straight through you without a 2nd thought. Then the McDonald’s across the street tried to poison us with the unholiness that is unsweetened tea
TLDR: Rural country child discovers average city life, while getting poisoned by the only healthy beverage McDs had on offer.
This is how I felt when I went to Shanghai which honestly makes New York seem small.
It certainly doesn’t make LA look like that, but pop off
Its more than double the size of LA.
Only if you exclude all the many, many places like Burbank, West Hollywood, Culver City, Santa Monica, Glendale etc etc. that are for all intents and purposes part of L.A. but not part of the incorporated city.
There are 10 million people in L.A. county vs 8 million in the 5 boroughs.
L.A. is absolutely sprawling and endless.
There are 20 million people in the NY metro area.
Gotta count New Jersey then too :p
New Jersey is not a part of NYC the way Santa Monica and West Hollywood are part of L.A.
The New York CSA is over 24 million people.
LA is kinda weird where it’s just an endless sprawl and the traffic would make you feel like theres a billion people living there, but as far as “megacity” goes, NYC is probably the only NA city that gives off that vibe like you’d see in asia
Was about to post the same thing. Been to both cities, NYC is dense af. But LA felt much bigger, both in size and population. So calling it a “mid sized” city seems outrageous lol. I think only people who visited it for a day or two would have the audacity to call it that.
It’s fun for the fanbases to tease each other but a small portion let it get the best of their egos. Kind of annoying for the rest of the fans
So basically the same as everything, the 1% ruining it for the 99%
Knick fan here. What those Knick fans did is unacceptable. No need to attack the opposing teams fans. I hope they find them and arrest them for assault. We want our team to win no need to harm anyone. Let the teams play it on the court.
Everyone believes this except for the 30 odd people involved and apparently everyone on this sub who equates those few people to every single Knicks fan. Fuck em. We move.
Hope Knicks players and coaches are willing to say the same
Their ownership is more the issue, most the players and coaching staff I trust to generally be reasonable. Dolan, not so much.
Well he did ask for more of a European atmospheres in the NBA but unfortunately that comes with hooliganism as well.
James Dolan + Knicks fans are why I’m heavily rooting for the spurs despite not having any dog in the race and the Knicks team being likeable. Idiots ruin it for everyone.
knicks making the finals is putting a bigger spotlight on how trash their fanbase is lol.
If the Knicks lose the Finals, the fans will make the Vancouver riots look like a preschool recess in comparison
win or lose it’s gonna be like that
Crazy how knicks org and players haven’t said anything
Do non-NYers know about Sidetalk? Just curious. It’s become a plague on any public event in NYC. One of the most populous and densest places in the world and this IG account broadcasts all the clout chasers and nutjobs acting up. It’s one thing that NYC has a massive population and huge hungry fan base but the watch parties and shit have become too intermingled with clout chasers and people wanting to go viral and do shit “for the gram”, etc. it’s like the pack mentality becoming monetized. I don’t think people realize that these events in NYC attract people beyond just the usual fans. When Trump was in court downtown there were more social media people there than there were protestors. The performative bs leads to thinking being violent on camera is ok too if everything else seems to be and life is just constantly on camera these days and it’s gotten to be such a big phenomenon in the city that it’s hard to control to the point where I don’t think city officials are adequately aware or prepared
Hopefully this motivates the team even more to see how their fans are treated. Even if you’re not a fan of sports no human should ever be treated like that.
Spurs in 7 possibly 6 easy
Still don’t understand why losing one game in the series while being up two causes the Knicks fan base to go out of their minds. Something is seriously wrong with them.
These aren’t people upset about the Knicks, these are people who were seeking out an opportunity to be giant douchebags.
They were gonna do this whether or not they lost. Its just an excuse to go out and harass people and break shit because they are frustrated at home. If they lived in the suburbs they’d be breaking mailboxes and egging houses
I mean it’s not like they were throwing snowballs at Santa Claus or anything
I just watched a compilation of videos from last night and honestly it was pretty bad…. well exceeding the usual. Spurs fans attacked by mobs and beaten bloody.
I’ve worked customer service most of my life and people from New York are always the worst to deal with. None of this is surprising to me.
Shouldn’t they be asking the Knicks players this question?
They already have fam..
Show him the videos pre game so he goes super saiyan on their assessment in game 4
All those pussies only acting like that cuz there’s cameras and 100 others just like them. All performative trying to live up the “Knicks fans are different” bs
Honestly, the Knicks org/team/players calling them out might be more impactful. Wemby’s right but Knicks should be leading this. Obviously those people won’t really listen but that’s better than them having no comment.
It’s really not generalizing to say that the Northeast isn’t exactly known for having friendly and polite fans/people. And they are proud to behave like assholes.
These mobs that form don’t really happen in other places up here though. Some of these videos are crazy like they don’t have crowd control horses in nyc or something.
why you hev to be mad? Is only game
I think we know why all these comments keep saying it’s only a SMALL part of the fanbase, or it’s not ALL Knicks fans. I mean we know that. But they are still part of the fanbase. So they will get lumped in that way.
That’s how it always works. Knicks fanbase always had thugs-mobs-hooligans, the words all mean the same thing, whether they are white/black/brown/yellow/red.
That look on his face though! Brunson is screwed now lol!
Knicks fans attacking other fans is why I need the Knicks to lose
I like how he takes time to think before speaking.
Knicks fans: Wembanyama’s wearing a Spurs jersey - get him.
I swear, a chunk of the ‘fanbase’ are just ‘fans’ to be hooligans and unfiltered a-holes. To excuse acting like a pos.
So shoving people by their throats is just respecting others… Got it
I think the vibe has changed and now we’re all for the Spurs. You saw how nice that Knick fans were treated even when trying to take over San Antonio. Reflects poorly on New York. Very poorly.
Spurs in 6
Has the Knicks organization spoken out against this behavior? It’s completely unacceptable and these videos should be used as evidence to charge these criminals for assault.
“Violence is unacceptable, that’s why I keep getting away with flagrant fouls and elbowed a guy in the neck and then laughed about it”
I mean yeah, Knicks fans just did what you did in the games
