Realistically the Knicks had sloppy passes, missed a ton of 3s, and also missed a ton of rebounds. Spurs had a solid defense. I will say the refs took a close game and made it impossible to win for the Knicks though. The flagrant was a terrible call, Wemby continues to be rewarded for bad play, and the fourth quarter starting with about 5 fouls in 3 min against the Knicks is untenable.
The flagrant should have just been a normal foul, but wembys 3 getting wiped out by the offensive foul in the review was also questionable.
