Castle has been a big playoff riser from deep too. Outside of the OKC series, he’s shooting like 43% from 3, leading the Spurs
We’ve also been Nemb’d hard
He’s actually been one of the best 3 point shooters in the league since the start of March.
He shot 42.9% from March 1st to the end of the regular season.
30⁄70 42.9% his last 19 games of the regular season and 34⁄94 36% in 21 playoff games.
64⁄164 39% since March 1 in regular season and playoffs, his last 40 games.
He shit 29% in the 49 games before that.
Harper has been even better. And Carter Bryant has been almost as good as Castle after being straight up unable to hit the broad side of a barn.
Harper shot 53.6%(!!!) from 3 from March 1st til the end of the regular season. 30⁄56 53.6% in 21 games.
He’s cooled off in the playoffs. Going 18⁄59 in 21 games. But combined he’s been 41.7% 48⁄115 since March 1st.
He really just had two terrible games in the playoffs that skewed it. Going 1⁄8 tonight and 1⁄7 on May 18.
Spurs are young and just have some nights where guys cannot hit a 3 and aren’t experienced enough to recognize they’re off and stop chucking.
