I usually sit in ssction 102 (behind the basket, offset on section) when I go a few times a year and I expect to pay \(100-\)150 against a team that doesn’t travel. I have seen Milwaukee, Denver, Cleveland, Sacramento, Utah over the years for this price, since I moved here.
If a team like Boston, New York or LAL is in town, you’re easily looking at \(250 for that section and close to \)500 for the middle of the lower bowl.

Not because I’m offended on behalf of this guy or anything, everyone here is just having fun. But perpetuating a “look at this guy’s fake gear, let’s laugh at it!” really isn’t a great way of thinking to show young impressionable kids. I had Payless shoes and fake jerseys growing up, and there’s always the other kids that had to point it out and geta laugh out of it.
Even getting the guy a real jersey in the end, the message of “let’s get you out of that garbage and into the good stuff”. A kid might be wearing a fake jersey his parents got for him and feel embarrassed.
