AJ Dybansta says watching Luka Doncic play in person was the greatest performance he’s ever seen: “I watch Luka live and that was the probably the craziest single performance I’ve ever seen. It was 40 point triple double..and it was easy.”
Crazy Luka still hasn’t won an MVP and won’t be until Wemby voter fatigues happen or injury
I think Nico trading him from that Mavs team could’ve closed his MVP chances. Who knows if the Lakers will be able to build as strong of a team for him
They’re the Lakers. They’ll reload with another star and some role players taking discounts before you can blink.
Missing a lot of young athletic wing guys but lakers can always get stars and vet min old dudes
We don’t always get stars. It took about 8 years to get LeBron and AD.
We do specialize in Vet Min old dudes though, but because we had too. We are still the smallest NBA office in the league and the last team to operate like a family office.
We finally have an owner with the billions to invest in a proper front office, but for the last decade we have been waaaaay behind the curve as a team invested in winning.
Not only that but besides LeBron and shaq the way the Lakers have got stars is through trade and although the Luka trade was really dumb its not like they gave up nothing to get him. AD is still an all nba caliber guy and maybe top 15 when healthy
Meh they will inevitably get another star but they have been shit at roster construction for awhile now.
Dodgers ownership group is in charge now.
They can’t just throw money around like in the MLB though. Unless they have other aspirations.
yea I feel like it was just proven you can. unless the clippers got some punishment i’m not aware of after like a whole year. seems like silver is just waiting for people to forget at this point. and i’m pretty sure the ceo of aspirations just got sentenced to jail so they are definitely playing it off as balmer got scammed with no punishment.
Silver being scared to punish Balmer is hilarious
yes but also kinda no. no punishment at this point is fucking wild. like at first it was after the all star break. and now still nothing? i guess after the finals now but I don’t think anything is actually going to happen which I guess is good for my team as we have rich owners with kroenke who owns rams, arsenal, nuggets, and I think avalanche. but still disappointing you can just do this. ok yeah quick google search yeah walmart money and owns 7 sports teams.
people underrating this lol. imagine the public precedent they’d be setting if they find no foul play on the part of LAC. just insane to me
Praise Mark Walter
Meanwhile I was out here thinking maybe Ant or Tatum wanna come here hm
Seriously what are these people talking about.
The lakers were dead in the water about 10 years ago too. Their rebuild got them nowhere and all they did with their top picks was draft a bunch of roleplayers. Then what happened? The GOAT signed with them in free agency, another all NBA player forced a trade to specifically them and they won a ring.
The rules aren’t the same for their franchise, doesn’t matter where they are at. Luka could easily win an MVP there.
Lakers will contend for a title in the next few years and the same people from this thread will go around and say it was obvious, they had Luka.
If you look at the rosters they’ve put around LeBron during his entire tenure there they’ve basically all been terrible, except for a few years. Hopefully the new ownership actually puts competent people in charge.
Different owner now.
Lebron had AD who was better than him every year lmao
Rosters are more than two people. Most of the rosters made no sense holistically outside of Bron and AD.
I know we’re all suffering from COVID time dilation but 2020 was just one year
You can also find this take in 2023. I would say when the Lakers were good, AD was their best player generally. Those teams that made the playoffs were heavy in large part built on AD’s inside gravity on offense and rim protection on defense.
Almost all metrics had AD has the better player sorry
And what metrics are those, pray tell?
Ironic given the comments that were made about luka, but i imagine he’s extremely easy to put a contending team around. Dude carries such an insane load of the offense that you can get away with some very flawed players that are just hyper specialised in their role.
They wasting Luka time.
I wish the Lakers were as aggressive as the Rams when it comes to roster building.
Lets us pray. 🙏
Who knows if the Lakers will be able to build as strong of a team for him
The Lakers had a better record this year than any Dallas team Luka was on.
Correct, but the 2024 Mavs finals team never had a full season together as they were formed after the trade deadline. I’d say that was Luka’s best constructed roster.
AR, Luka, LeBron also missed a large number of games this season; not to mention Luke at the deadline.
But they actually seemed to play better when 1 of the 3 was out.
towards the end of the season the 3 figured it out before the injuries in that OKC game. Lebron sacrificed a ton of shots but still they were rolling.
If the Lakers build a strong enough team, then Luka won’t get credit for MVP (“the team is too good”). The media doesn’t want to reward him. I think the only case he gets for MVP is if he’s averaging like 35-10-10 and the Lakers are the 1st seed.
Otherwise, I think the media would swing to Jokic averaging a triple double or Wemby averaging 3-4 blocks on worse teams instead. Lakers also won’t get the #1 seed without having depth on the team.
didnt he almost average the statline u suggested and it was enough for 3rd place in mvp?
It was going to be dire either way imo. Spurs and Thunder have been rosters and more assets.
With the new owner and their reputation? Id bet theyll go all in.
Not really. The star player of the Lakers will always get some MVP buzz because they’re so popular. If he got traded to the Clippers then I’d agree.
The Lakers are actually a terrible team to be on if you want to win individual awards. Since 2000, they have 6 championships, but only 3 postseason accolades. The Celtics got 2 in just this season. Rudy Gobert has 4 on his own.
I think only three teams have fewer than the lakers in that timespan.
Ballmer would just buy the good press & votes
LA doesn’t have the Boston bias that the media brings in, it didn’t amount to much, but there was definitely plenty of Brown > Luka talk going around.
Always felt in recent years it was LeBron fans carrying the talking head game & like it or not, it is a major factor. Curious how the shift will work with Luka fully at the front, but there was some Nico sympathizers lurking for any low points in the season
Boston bias? Everyone outside of Boston hates Boston. This is wild.
Boston has heritage.
Brown > Luka was just the finals, and Luka was clamped hard. Luka is the better player.
I would struggle to say “Luka was clamped hard” when Doncic had 29-9-6 on 52%EFG (which is better than SGA’s EFG% in playoffs both this and last year) with both Brown (49% EFG) and Tatum (44% EFG) below him.
What he did struggle with were free throws (disgusting 58%), but that has not a lot to do with being “clamped hard” directly, more like just tired of constant full-court defensive pressure + constant targeting by Celtics on the other end of the floor: his scoring from the field was actually pretty elite.
Nope, we are not doing this. Lakers are not this small market team that doesn’t have a large national media faction. If LA doesn’t have the Boston bias (they do), it’s just right behind.
It’s def not the good kind of bias. No reason jjj win dpoy over AD that season
I still maintain he earned it in 23⁄24. But they gave it to Jokic coz they regretted Embiid getting it the year before. He was lights out that year.
1000%. I will argue that till the day I die. Carried one of the most injured teams in the league to a 4th place finish by averaging 34-9-10. Biggest MVP robbery in years.
And i think he got really disrespected in the conversation this year. Scoring champ, 3rd seed and 33, 8, 8. Videogame numbers.
Getting injured at the end put him out of the conversation. Nobody knew if he’d even be eligible, and he still finished 4th which is where he would have finished anyway
I mean let’s be as unbiased as we can here, just for the sake of discussion.
Luka was insane throughout but Jokic was also just as insane.
Anybody who says Jokic didn’t have a case really doesn’t understand and appreciate ball, they just like to watch it for entertainment.
Jokic was not JUST AS insane at all. Anybody who thinks that is literally reading a spreadsheet. 24 was a weaker Jokic year. 23 and 25 Jokic? Sure those years got it over Luka.
But He wasn’t averaging 37/10/11 over 2 months dragging his team with Dante Exum posing as the second best player due to injuries over that time.
You’re the one who’s reading a spreadsheet lmao. I have no horse in this race, but Jokic was simply better in 23-24 going by the eye test.
Well MVP isn’t the “last two months of the season award.”
That wasn’t the last two months. It was December and January. He was great the last two months but the team got healthy and acquired Gafford and PJ Washington so his load was reduced and his stats weren’t quite as absurd
Yeah, you don’t know what you’re talking about haha. I’m not even going to entertain getting into it. Also MVP is a regular season award fyi.
Embiid and Perkins broke the balance of the universe
Luka wasnt even 2nd in the race. I watched basically every single Mavs game that season. Luka was FANTASTIC but he also had a lot of bad moments. His mental fortitude always been his weakest point. Mavs had a real shot at a higher seed but lost a lot of games due to bad meltdowns by Luka.
He was a deserved third place in the MVP race that year.
SGA had no case over him outside of the fact that he simply has a better team around him. He’s had the same counting stats for 4 seasons and the only thing that’s changed for him is that his team has improved.
Why do you default to that meaning SGA deserves no MVPs instead of he could’ve won 4?
MVP has always been the best player on the best team, because the best players should win more. The most valuable players are the ones who win more games for their team.
His impact on the team has been identical for 4 seasons, it’s just that they’ve won more games because people around him have improved. Put SGA on that Dallas team that had a rotation of Jalen Brunson (pre-breakout), Dwight Powell, Dorian Finney-Smith, Reggie Bullock, Spencer Dinwiddie, Maxi Kleber, Dāvis Bertāns, and Frank Ntilikina, he’s not even making the play-in, much less the WCF. It’s all farcical.
Luka had a solid team for half a season in his career and immediately made the Finals, only losing to a historical Celtics team that would’ve beat anyone last season as well.
In what way does playing an entire season where Jdub, Mitchell, chet, Hartenstein and Dort all had to sit out injured for multiple stretches and carrying the thunder to a historical regular season “identical” to his last 4?
SGA more than deserved his MVPs, Luka is amazing but he’s been injured and simply hasn’t achieved the results to contest with SGA/Jokic and now Wemby for these awards
Saying SGA is “all farsical” is hilarious tbh
Luka’s only longer stretch of injury was last season, where he played 50 games, and the end of this season. He didn’t have injuries outside of 1-2 game stretches before that. But the teams he’s played on have been plagued by injury far worse than anything SGA has had to face. OKC’s injuries this season would’ve been the healthiest team Luka has ever had.
Let me remind you again that he carried a team of Jalen Brunson (pre-breakout), Dwight Powell, Dorian Finney-Smith, Reggie Bullock, Spencer Dinwiddie, Maxi Kleber, Dāvis Bertāns, and Frank Ntilikina.
You are hyperfixating on rings and losing all context. The first two years he went to the playoffs he faced the healthy Clippers, who only got eliminated both years after Kawhi got injured. Then he took that team of bums to the WCF where they got eliminated by the eventual champions, and the year he went to the Finals he was eliminated by a historical Celtics team. This is simply not comparable to any of the runs that SGA has had in the play-offs, considering last year they faced an injured Denver and injured Indiana. Yet all you’re focusing on is the end result.
>OKC’s injuries this season would’ve been the healthiest team Luka has ever had.
This is not true at all. OKC has literally spent the entire season with their 2nd option offense out. I get overhyping the roster to downplay SGA but these are just made up.
Luka played with those boys in the Mavs, sure, but those rosters were in a different contention year than the ones he should even be compared with SGA anyway. <2024 SGA wasn’t the one Luka had to be better than if he wanted an MVP.
As for playoff performance, wtf are you on. Those Luka runs were nice but SGA has a run where he led the Thunder to win a ring. You don’t scoff that shit away just by saying “yeah but his team was good tho” lol, dude was averaging 30 in the playoffs and got the W dropping a couple 40’s in the process
“they faced an injured Denver and an injured Indiana” to discredit that run has got to be a joke
The Mavs did not have a shot at higher seed. They had to grind to get to 4th. The whole team was injured early in the season including Kyrie and Lively. The Mavs had no real secondary ball handler without Kyrie and Powell was the backup center before the Gafford trade. Luka played his ass off just to keep the team afloat during that period. Then the Mavs lost a bunch of games in late Feb/early March when Kidd got experimental with rotations. After that they dropped only a couple of games at least one of which Luka didn’t play
Better stats than SGA this year and wasn’t even considered. Bogus.
if box score alone won MVP Luka still would lose out to Jokic 😂
Better stats than SGA this year
Points/Rebounds/Assists are certainly stats, but they’re not the whole story.
Every metric that actually measures impact or value had SGA far ahead.
These metrics you speak of coincidentally improve as the players around you become better.
It’s very funny that people believe the only metrics that actually adjust for teammate quality are actually the ones that don’t adjust for it.
Impact metrics explicitly adjust for the quality of your teammates. P/R/A do not make any adjustment.
Luka Doncic had by far the best advanced stats in the year that his supporting cast was also by far the best it’s been (especially when you only look at post-trade deadline). He was nearly half as good advanced stats wise the year he carried Jalen Brunson (pre-breakout), Dwight Powell, Dorian Finney-Smith, Reggie Bullock, Spencer Dinwiddie, Maxi Kleber, Dāvis Bertāns, and Frank Ntilikina to the WCF.
Those stats are not completely useless, however a good supporting cast allows the first option to shine.
Luka Doncic had by far the best advanced stats in the year that his supporting cast was also by far the best it’s been
That 2024 Dallas team won 50 games, which was fewer than Dallas won in 2022 and fewer than the Lakers won this year. What they did in the playoffs has no affect on his season metrics, and they don’t explain why 2024 was his best season.
Literally your only example of this purported phenomenon is completely wrong.
Every metric that measures impact or value weights the teams contribution as well lmao
By “weighs the team contribution” you mean gives credit to your good teammates, something P/R/A doesn’t do.
For some reason, all these metrics seem to be clustered, almost like they are measuring how good a team is rather than individuals. Put Shai in SAC, the same metrics would suddenly suggest Shai is like not even top 10, and its not because he gets his powers stolen, he would be the exact same player
Oh no the laziest defender in the league on the 4th seed wasn’t considered for the MVP while playing with the GOAT what a travesty
Oh brother
calling him the laziest defender in the league is crazy when jokic exists
Talking about lazy with a lazy ass narrative. The irony.
Calling him the laziest defender in the league is crazy when Bones Hyland exists.
It’s crazy when anyone who’s watched Lakers games would know he’s not even close to the laziest defender on his own team.
Its likely that he never wins an MVP in his career.
I wouldn’t say likely, but certainly not unlikely
It’s 50-50. I think Jokic and Shai will have a super hard time winning another MVP at this point. They didn’t necessarily do great in the playoffs and the voter fatigue is a thing. I think same exact stats and team records next year, Wemby would get it. And he will be the biggest name to win the award for a while.
Wemby has all the narrative in the world, deservedly so, his team is gonna be better than ever and aim for 70 wins literally, for him to not win it assuming he reaches 65 games, he genuinely would need to average like 20. Because people are gonna pencil in his defense like its an extra 15 points and 12 assists by default. And at that point how long is that gonna last and say its 3 years, Luka will be 30+, not to mention other names who might come in and do great
Will probably decline by the time that happens anyway.
- Been a professional basketball player since like age15/16
- INSANE usage his whole career.
- Last 2 years lower body injuries
I’ll go to my grave saying he deserved it in 2024. He averaged 33/10/9 and took them to the finals.
Regular season award. Going to the finals doesn’t matter when mvp is decided well before
He deserved it for the regular season.
Idk he might just pop off in the next season in a way that wemby can’t compete. It is unlikely, but it might happen
You can’t ignore one side of the ball has much as he does and win MVP without a very specific scenario. He has to hope the MVP race is weak and the Lakers have to be like a top 3 seed. He was playing better defense this year until he got hurt so maybe he’ll keep improving.
Harden won an MVP
Wemby winning the next 10 MVPs if he plays 65 games.
I don’t think Voter fatigue exists in the parity era.
It did back in 2023 which isn’t long ago, when Jokic didn’t win it
Embiid had a solid case, and Jokic won 2024 so i find it quite hard to believe it was just “fatigue”
Wasn’t the reasoning in both cases that Jokic couldn’t be allowed a third MVP without playoff success (even though MVP is a regular season award), and once he had playoff success, they lost the narrative ability of not giving him his third when that was the justification they had for denying him the previous year?
Actually the reasoning was Embiid destroyed him in the regular season matchup that year and towards the end of the season he consistently was outplaying Jokic while all the discussion about who was going to win the award was occurring. He won comfortably on voting because of this. (73 to 15 on first place votes, not even close)
Then people decided to pretend like Kendrick Perkins is this hugely influential media guy who can sway other peoples MVP votes when literally everyone knows the guy is a clown, just because it suits their agenda.
My understanding was that Perkins made it a race thing, whereas SAS, Skip and other talking heads were the ones who were saying Jokic couldn’t get another MVP without winning in the playoffs because nobody else with 3 MVPs had them without playoffs success?
I recall the “playoff success” thing was more targeted at Giannis than Jokic.
After Giannis won b2b MVP’s i definitely recall a lot of top media guys coming out and saying before the third season he wouldn’t get a third in a row without playoff success.
I don’t really recall it being brought up as much for Jokic that year, I remember because Bucks fans were pissed off about it and they seemed fine with giving it to Jokic until Embiid pulled ahead at the end of the season.
Embiid had a comparable season imo. Don’t reply to me 😭
Feels like we haven’t had Luka posts in awhile, playoffs been craaaazy
Almost forgot his existence
I still remember 2024 like it was yesterday
Luka was right there to win it all but boston was just too much at the time. Then the dumbass traded him to the lakers which isn’t built at all to his strengths and weakness. I know lakers don’t want Bron gone but he deserves to be on that team. Bron sacrificed too much for Luka idk if you guys have seen that on the court.
Tbf if Luka never wins it, this will be one of the biggest ifs imo. He was too good in the first few years to tank, then when they finally got it together, they trade him to a team where it will take years to build something similar. The superstar careers are short, you usually just get one cycle. I’m afraid Luka will be past his prime in a few years
that’s what happened when this sub focusing on hating one dude 💀
Luka on a heater is probably the most unstoppable offensive player in the league.
I’d go Bam then Luka
Bam needs to change his number to 83. Bam83.
Yeah he’s up there but a dame or curry heater is literally unbeatable since they’ll shoot from 35 feet out. Luka close tho
Literally you’re a spurs fan. How tf do you stop wemby if he’s hitting 3s and other shots?
You can change his catch point, be more physical, foul him etc. He’s still in year 3, there are some possibilities. Luka has had the perfect offensive repertoire and execution from the minute he was on an NBA court
Not really a fair comparison given where they are in their careers. Wemby still has a lot of room for growth so give it a few years IMO.
Luka is the best offensive player in the league hands down. Media and narratives downplay him so much. However I’ve not seen an engine like Luka ever in the nba.
I wouldn’t say hands down when there’s a walking, efficient, 25-point triple double over in Denver who wears number 15. It’s definitely debatable on who the best offensive player is in the league.
Most players are either the best ever or worst ever depending on the poster’s bias lol
He gets shutdown to easily in important games in the playoffs. Also his offence isn’t 3 levels like Lukas. He can shoot 3s but when open not high volume and this decreases in the playoffs. He isn’t really there creating his own shot and his playmaking is mostly passes to cutters through top of the key. He isn’t bringing the ball up beating double triples making insane passes or drive and kicking with darts to the corners all the time.
The one who won a ring and averaged a 30 pt triple double in the playoffs is the one who gets shutdown?
Against an eight seed heat team we just saw him get shutdown against the hospital wolves and they put 40 on him at the rim everygame. Media has actually brainwashed so many people.
i will say, one significant advantage Luka has over Jokic is that regardless of where you put his defensive skill (which I would say has gotten better), it ultimately matters less and is easier to build around due to his position.
Well that 8 seed has beaten the 1 seed so not sure what your point is other than to shit on the Heat in order to push an agenda. Show some respect to that team.
yeah it sure would be a knock against a player’s offensive impact to lose in the first round to the timberwolves………………………….. (2025)
I mean the context is much different been with that lakers team for a few months which was a very bad fit and then had a really bad stomach bed in which he was bedridden with. https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/44863043/lakers-luka-doncic-sapped-stomach-bug-struggles-game-3
Also the fact that team didn’t have a center who could play more than 7 minutes a game and lacked so much depth that they had to play the same 5 for the whole second half one game. Plus Reaves was playing terrible on an injured toe. One year later and outside of Luka, Bron, Reaves, Rui, and Hayes, not a single person on that team is anything beyond an end of the bench player and Hayes is only not in that same category because he improved.
“see when my favorite player fails there’s a good explanation”
He dog walked wolves the year prior in 5 games so ok. Whilst being heavy underdog.
Yeah
It’s probably Jokic whos comparable but both do it in different ways. I like how Jokic does it in a “matter of fact” way acting like it’s simple while I like how Luka does it with a lot of style and flash.
I particularly love how surgical Luka is. Like as great as the athletes are in the NBA, he needs to use none of that. He knows exactly which angles to take, how to get his defenders body moving in the direction he wants it, and does it all literally at a lackadaisical pace. It’s insane how slow he moves almost and still has elite athletes tripping all over themselves and getting 3 feet of separation. It’s so saucy. Never seen anything like it.
Hands down? No lol
hands down ? 😂😂😂😂
ever? I think you forgot about a couple of Bron’s primes
That would be Jokic.
he’s third best offensive player
Lmao
he plays identically to prime harden
I wouldn’t say identical, but yeah, very similar games. Harden was faster, but Luka is better at using his size, and has better footwork around the post. I’d also say Luka is a more willing playmaker, but they’re both obviously elite.
Yep but actually shows up in the playoffs.
And he plays better on defense. I’m not saying that he is good but still much better than Harden ever was.
Harden doesn’t come close to him in playmaking.
With much better playmaking and less turnovers and less time on the floor flopping. Luka does complain though a lot
Jokic does everything Luka does on offense, but better. Luka’s argument is just that he takes the most shots and hold the ball the most (NOT SAYING HE ISN’T AMAZING THOUGH)
I am not saying Luka is better but Jokic is not gonna bring the ball up every possesion and go up against blitzes and double teams, he can’t do that. That’s why he has Murray, and thay’s why his numbers weren’t great with his national team because they didn’t have a proper guard. He wasn’t able to carry his team for that reason and they lost early. I think you can put Luka in any team and he’ll average 33/8/8 but with Jokic, in a team with no guards and spacing aka the Houston Rockets, his life wouldn’t be easy.
Luka has two 40 point triple doubles against Utah Jazz, he is probably taking about the one he had as a mav.
Luka had 40/10/11 in 3 quarters. 29 point triple double at half time.
https://www.nba.com/news/luka-doncic-triple-double-history
No, I think the one Luka had as a Laker is more likely since AJ says he watched live at Utah the date lines up better since he’d be at BYU then.
Ur right I m dumbass, I was thinking more along the lines of which was easier.
Yep, watched that game on tv, AJ was shown on screen there
Funny how a nineteen year old kid knows more about ball than Nico Harrison.
Have you seen Luka? He’s fat and more injury prone than ad. Also he drinks beer after games.
How dare he replenish his electrolytes with an isotonic drink.
I watched him courtside and my honest take is - he just thinks quicker than 99% of the people.
His body gives him avg abilities, but it’s like he has a 0.5 second preview of what will happen on the court. Or everyone else has a slight lag.
It was apparent in every possess, he sees things before anyone else does and then acts accordingly.
Third eye open🤷♂️
It’s those gamer reflexes.
Luka Uchiha
It would be interesting to see his mental process. Some of it is deliberate and some probably unconscious. He can explain about thinking of people having to leave the paint because of 3 seconds and stuff like that. But he can’t explain how he knows where all players on the court are going to be in half a second. But somehow he does and he is right most of the time. That is some kind of genious.
I saw a 35 point Luka double triple double a few years ago and it was like he was jogging the whole time. The defense hardly mattered he could make any pass he wanted and any shot. Probably the most impressive performance I’ve ever seen.
Alternatively, I’ve seen my favorite player Bron 4 times and he has been pretty mediocre by his standards and 4 losses lol
Those 4 losses? Mavs 2011 Finals, you did it, it was you
I like how Luka has a lot of respect from all his peers.
Even Wemby has mentioned his welcome to NBA moment was from Luka.
Unlike some “analysts” basketball players know about basketball.
Ant literally watches Luka film to improve his playmaking
Yo that look on Gil’s face before he says “It’s easy”…you just know he was remembering peak agent zero days.
Luka should have 2 MVPs by now. League does not respect him. Trash league it has become
He will get his MVP when his team does better (top 2 in the west).
What shitty studio are they filming this in? Looks like they on the street. 😆
Ryan Millers house
I think if Luka wasn’t on the media’s favorite team where they talk about LeBron 24⁄7 he would be more appreciated
He needs a good team too. Or people start blaming Luka for the reason their role players suck
he has been perpetually stuck in his ‘lebron first cleveland stint’ era save for half a season, with no end in sight. dude needs to take it into his own hands the decision / the hardest road style and go win some rings
AJ knows ball
I’m excited to see AJ dominate offensively. Btw you can tell he looks at Utah as his home.
And he’s excited to get cooked defensively
Just like his idol
Hmm he said the opposite in that interview. Boston is definitely his home.
He really makes it look so easy to get the defense to play at his pace. He goes from slow to medium speed and suddenly his defender is left behind
Don’t worry AJ. You’ll see it much more in person when he does the same thing to y’all
Ahhh I’m so sad he’s not going to be a pacer
Seeing Dirk play live was the same. Seven footer and he made it look so effortless. Tallest on the court and the post moves looked too easy. I’ve seen Kobe, Bron, Shaq, Timmy, KG live but Dirk at that height with the finesse was so different.
which game was this? how many free throws?
[deleted]
Acting as if Lebron’s high school games weren’t getting televised and shit
Crazy how Luka would be an MVP if he wasn’t so lazy on D
He doesn’t have an MVP because of high expectations. He needs to be 1 seed and he needs to avg triple double and he needs to play defense too.
He could be 1 seed and GUARANTEE wemby will get it over him.
He carried his team to the finals and before that a team of nobodies to the WCF. Crazy how he’s so bad on defense but he still wins.
Lazy takes don’t check Luka’s defensive stats. He’s average. Shai? One of the worst in the league. Goalpost always changes.
“Easy” means “Burst into tears and acts like a clown to the refs every time his hands touch the ball”
Your best player does the same without the stats, wins or anything positive for that matter.
