[STAT REPORT] Stephon Castle currently has more made free throws than made field goals in this series
Stephon Castle has more FTM than FGM this series.
Castle’s five game FGM/FTM lines are 5⁄6, 10⁄4, 1⁄11, 5⁄2, 7⁄7
via Stats
.
1⁄11 is so nasty
Thunder feel almost built to stop his current type of offense. Probably forces him to develop a lot different this summer
This has been my takeaway, people forget he’s basically still a rookie. Watch the whole Spurs team level up like crazy next season after all the lessons they’re learning these playoffs.
How’s he “basically a rookie” when he’s played 149 regular season games in his 2 years in the league??. LMAO nahh he’s a dog for sure but not a rookie at all man. 81 games rookie year this year 68 games lolol
He was also a rookie of the year. ROtY winners should have higher expectations than a standard rookie.
I mean thats why he’s locking up SGA right?
a rookie in heart if you will, proverbial rookie
Hey only one turnover in that one though! Improvement
Air balling should really count as a turnover now that I think about it
Idk, you can rebound an air ball
We got some experience with that…
Makes me sad he’s been MIA
His defense has been incredible, so I can forgive a bad shooting night. He also has been getting fouled on a ton of his drives, so the disparity between field goal attempts and free throws taken makes sense 🤷♂️
MIA? There’s no way you’ve been watching this series lol, are you kidding?
He’s averaging 18/8/5 while taking on lead ballhandling duties since the Spurs’ other two PGs are hobbled, while also taking on the responsibility of defending the best player in the world on the other end straight up.
Yeah he’s turned the ball over a little too much, but to say he’s been MIA is preposterous. Do you know what MIA means?
I don’t know why people don’t think he’s having an excellent series, even with the absurd turnovers in games 1 and 2. I think because he plays relatively controlled, people don’t understand he’s only 21 years old in his very first playoff run. In the conference finals and being forced into a role he isn’t as familiar with as Fox was out/is still hobbled no less.
He’s a bonafide star and I honestly can’t believe this is the worst he’s going to be.
I genuinely can not believe how much people are shitting on him, like I’m flabbergasted.
It’s like they think he’s 28 and making $65M a year to be Wemby’s running mate. It’s his first ever playoff run and he’s being asked to both initiate the offense against the best defense in the NBA, and on the other end of the court defend the best player in the NBA.
There should be threads about how crazy it is that he’s doing this at 21 and how impressive it is but it’s just people crapping on him with totally nonsensical and objectively incorrect arguments.
Very well said. As a fan of Castle I am touched to read that. People really aren’t appreciating him enough.
His defense has been smothering. Ik people just look at offensive stats but his defensive work has been great this series against SGA
I thought he was doing alright, but 18/8/5 while guarding Shai is downright nuts for a player of his age.
How did 50 people upvote that MIA shit? Sometimes reddit has some seriously silly moments
2 different games under 16pts as the second option, got frustrated and pouted like a child in game 5. Bro I have this guys jersey in my wall I’ve been watching the game and his fg% was awful poor efficiency in two of those games
So what? Two bad games (they weren’t even THAT bad) and four pretty to very good ones? As a 21 year old against the best defense in the league, while also serving as the primary defender against SGA?
Like, are you nuts? It’s been an incredible series by him no matter how you weirdly try to slice it. SGA has had two bad games this series, too.
I mean at least he didn’t take a page out of Gilbert Arenas’ book and go 1⁄30
And Wemby is close, with 42 FTM compared to 45 FGM
Shaq had similar games. It’s kind of lame that when you get dominant players the most efficient way to play defense is just to foul the fuck out of them to keep them out of rythmn.
OKC and SAS both use this strategy, it necessitates bench depth to avoid fouling out. The problem is that any sort of slight bias in reffing can swing games when fouling is such an integral part of strategy.
Same thing with Steph. Constantly grabbing, hugging, and handchecking him mostly works. Kerr just schemes around it.
We don’t like it but it’s a smart strategy, knowing that refs don’t give a shit.
It’s like eye pokes in the UFC. Someone on r/mma found that fighters who get eye poked lost something like over 85% of the time. If it comes with no consequences, then why not keep doing it? All that people will remember in the future is you got the W
It’s so stupid that as a player becomes more dominant, the league slowly allows a higher and higher threshold of what qualifies as a foul against them, to give other teams a fairer chance.
If your sport has to be evened out by selectively enforcing the rules, then its a poorly ran sport.
It’s not fun to watch, yeah, and was one of the reasons teams back in the 80’s and 90’s, especially Jordan’s Bulls, always had a space for a guy who fouled the other team really, really hard for mysterious reasons.
You say slight bias, but that implies refs preferring one team over another. What you’re really talking about is officiating style. Some are tighter on certain things, some are looser on others. Sometimes that might favor one team’s style over another, or one team might fail to adjust as well as the other team, but this isn’t bias.
That’s bias. If the refs change their “style” to selectively relax or enforce certain rules on any given night, they know exactly how that impacts each team. You dont think they study and prep for each teams playstyle? They know who sells and how, who handchecks etc. The problem is we never get an explanation for the differences between reffing “styles”. They shouldnt exist, it shouldnt be up to the refs to decide how to interpret the rules each night.
It’s not bias if that ref is consistent themselves.
Are they ever, though? Do we know which refs like sticking to which rules? There doesnt seem to be a pattern.
Hes shooting 87.5% from the line …
Yk u can read more than the first sentence of a comment, right?
I read it. It’s nonsense. Players are typically encouraged to get to the foul line to keep in rythem and build confidence.
Ethical flopper!
Harrison Barnes is 1 and 7 but I left him out because who the hell cares about Harrison Barnes?
I do…
I was saying Booarnes…
important context imo
Confused why this is unpopular, do people just associate markdown formatting with bots? dumb as hell
Small sample size is small?
people don’t realise your point here is that Tony Brothers games see a lot of softer calls on SGA compared to non-Tony Brothers games. They think you are trying to point out the disparity in his amount of total calls for some reason
see a lot of softer calls on SGA
If that was his point he wouldnt have shown the other players as well.
Basketball sure does have a fuckton of free throws,
What a merchant! /s
Lol this is pretty funny.
He’s been kinda shit against OKC.
He’s been good defensively. Offensively? Not so much.
Good defensively until he commits the dumbest fouls imaginable
Bro mugs the shit outta people and then has the nerve to say he doesn’t get that luxury lmao
The foul he made near midcourt on SGA in Game 5 was hilarious to me. SGA caught the ball, Castle runs right into him, SGA falls, and then when the foul is called Castle acts like he was totally innocent. I am sympathetic to missed calls but come on.
It’s like Detroit. Like no duh Cleveland shot a lot more FTs than you. You foul the shit out of people constantly. If you want to foul the shit out of people without giving up a million FTs, you have to do it away from the ball, where it’s rarely called. For all the crap OKC gets about “being allowed to do whatever they want on defense”, 95% of that is away from the ball. It’s like Caruso’s defense against Jokic in game 7 last year. Like yeah, obviously he wacked/pushed/etc. Jokic constantly, but that kind of contact is just never called. You can think it should be, but it never is.
Castle also doesn’t vary his defensive physicality from game to game based on how refs are calling it. Ideally, every ref should be calling it the same, but we know that’s not going to be the case. More experienced guys know they can get away with murder some nights but other nights a slight bump will get called and will vary their physicality accordingly. While watching game 1, I thought Castle and Bryant did a great job of figuring out where the line was and staying slightly below it. 4 games later, I think the line in game 1 just happened to be in a sweet spot that allowed their normal physicality because they haven’t adjusted since.
maybe he should start pulling hair since that isn’t a foul apparently
They don’t need castle pulling hair.. they got Wemby putting hits on people and plum dog millionaire playing football.
The flopping on OKCs side is wild but this is insane behavior acting like castle isnt the most physical perimeter defender in the league
Castle isnt the most physical perimeter defender in the league. Did you watch the wolves series? OKC ratcheted up the physicality this series, game 1 didnt feature as much holding and hand checks than later games did, on both sides. Spurs have to play just as physical. Castle is being as physical as caruso and dort are, he’s just sloppier at it and plays more minutes. Brunson, cade, Dmitch all get fouled as guards, same way SGA does.
Yes, castle had his hair pulled and it should have been a foul, clearly a missed call. Also yes, Castle commits around 20 fouls a game with about 15 of them uncalled. Both can be true.
it’s just not true though. either you get to play physical to you don’t. the spurs guards play great physical defence. the thunder bigs take it to the next level but hey if it’s not being called then that’s it. it’s just hypocritical to whine about castle “mugging” people when the okc bigs are defending even harder, not to mention the lazy shoves from caruso and mitchell
Definitely looks like he’s committing a bunch of frustration fouls
Helping the Spurs offensively by playing less due to foul trouble
Castle defense on Shai: Flirting
IHart defense on Wemby: Harassment
Good defensively because he has the best whistle imaginable. I know all of the talk is on OKC foul baiting but Castle has been allowed to mug SGA for 5 games straight now.
if you let offensive players push off, you kinda have to let them get mugged tho tbh
This narrative confuses me. Who is this mythical amazing perimeter defender that doesn’t put their hands on people? OKC top defenders are grabbing the shit out of everyone. It’s playoff basketball, ffs. Have you watched Dort and Caruso the past two seasons? Nesmith against Brunson last year? Castle’s defense is hardly egregious and he gets called a ton, anyway.
There’s two different types. Ethical physical defense is when the team you root for does it, for example Okc has good physical defense. Unethical physical defense is when the team you don’t like plays defense and only has hate in their heart, like San Antonio for example. If I asked you, you might say NY and I might even agree, but that depends on if we are still playing next week.
Simplifying it to putting hands on people means you’re not interested in an actual conversation. He’s not simply putting his hands on him.
Pay attention to other series fam, spurs have the first athletes that can keep up with okc when they ratchet up the physicality. Watch the wolves series’. Spurs got just as physical near the end after the wolves started hacking etc.
Fair. Maybe I’m extra annoyed cause he was lights out against us and decided to be a turnover machine against OKC.
It’s because fox is injured
And because OKC is a better defensive team.
That’s definitely a big factor but Castle for all his talents is not ready to be a primary ball handler even for short periods of time.
He was the primary ball handler for much of the season and for large chunks of the first 2 series too.
He naturally has some turnover tendencies even before this but the Thunder are the #1 team at forcing turnovers for a reason.
Bro you can’t say the Thunder are good, they only win because they’re evil
Or because it’s fixed, there’s also the accepted belief/explanation the refs/league are the evil ones and OKC is just the lucky recipient, happy to go along with Silver and his plan to suckle at the elusive, fertile and lucrative teat of the greater OKC metro viewership base. A plan that’s taken decades of work, first by stalling the Katrina response and ignoring faulty levees with GWB to relocate the Hornets to OKC for 2 seasons to increase interest. Phase 2 was obviously stealing the Sonics and forcing Portland to draft Greg Oden at gunpoint. The plan was almost accomplished in 2012, the plan to create a young super team from OK to dominate until LeBron went to Miami and ruined everything. Defeating the leagues golden child and even luring a young Harden into believing he could have a team of his own, seemingly ending the dream. Everyone thought the evil had been vanquished, but Sam Presti moved in the shadows, quietly gathering blackmail on Steve Ballmer to extort a pile of picks and even Daryl Morey, who even had to pretend that he was selling high when gifting McCain to us this year. Now, after a decade of scheming and waiting, they were finally able to give the greater OKC metro fans what they deserved.
But a new threat has emerged in the South. An alien from France threatening to overthrow the brand new dynasty and spread league interest overseas into Europe and away from the deep pockets of South Tulsa, Edmond and Nichols Hills. Silver will stop at nothing to prevent this from happening, instructing Scott Foster and Tony Brooks to help OKC defeat this new threat and continue his expansion into the 43rd most prosperous state per capita and world domination.
Because you gave us props I will return the favor, I can’t believe how mortal you guys have made SGA look this series when it comes to turnovers. He’s always been so good at making adjustments from game to game and it’s crazy watching him not just turn it over so much, but struggle and get worse as the series goes on. I’ve always loved watching how teams/players adjust and the games within the games. Losing Ajay and JDub took away trying to be a facilitator and wemby took away his ability to finish at the rim. Obviously sucks watching him struggle but it’s cool to see how he responds.
Obviously I hate your guys and your stupid team, but best part about getting to watch SGA every year so far is that he just keeps leveling up amongst the greats. Never ever would I have imagined after being lucky enough to witness 2 different MVP’s would I have guessed we’d have someone even better. Having Wemby emerge out of nowhere both ruins everything and makes it even better. If you can’t tell, I’m trying to prepare myself for what I can feel coming.
Its his second year he’s done well in short bursts.
Castle has cleaned it up a ton since Fox came back. Only 5 turnovers in the last 3 games combined.
lots of hand checking and unnecessary fouls but sure
Good defense because he mauls SGA while getting no-calls
But hey, we be doing the same to Wemby so it’s pretty even
OKC has pretty good defenders
Don’t let him hear that or he’ll mean mug you the rest of the game!
Yea it takes a lot out of him to spend energy slowing down Shai every game, Fox/Harper haven’t been consistent since the injuries so makes sense he’s carrying too many responsibilities.
Idk if this is really true. He’s been elite defensively, and despite the turnovers(now 5topg) he’s averaging 19/5/8 on 61%TS against arguably the best perimeter defense of all-time
This is good production, and for a y2 one-and-done guard in their first season since HS as a PG it’s actually pretty stellar
As a Thunder fan I think he’s been awesome, by the eye test anyway.
The funniest part to me is that his shot got worse this series but his FT% went way up. Dude is like 87% this series when he was only at like 72% during the season
A great series has been reduced to free throws and flops.
NBA discourse is in the bin man. So much more to talk about
It’s sad. In a normal world, that SGA drive through all 5 Spurs defenders in game 5 would have been a widely popular highlight, but now I doubt most people here have even seen it.
You try to talk about the details of the games and do any in-depth analysis, and the only response to it is “SGA is a pussy”.
There’s so many bangers people are missing. Pass through Wemby’s legs to a corner 3. Shai breaking Wemby’s ankles. Shai putting Carter Bryant in a literal spin cycle.
If Shai dunked more or shot more ridiculous 3’s he’d be more popular. His game is just unremarkable to the casual fan despite his footwork, playmaking and mid range efficiency being elite.
i’m waking up at 1 am to watch this fucking series . These games are such intense nail-biters for all 4 quarters(except for game 4) , no lead feels safe and any player on each team can get hot . I left all these games thinking that this is awesome and i’m seeing plays thinking to myself “damn ,that’s a highlight” , however this subreddit is putting sga falling at 30k upvotes .
There’s dozens of us!
I’m glad you are enjoying it as much as I am. As an OKC fan I’m hoping for an end to it tonight but also part of me wants a game 7. I’m just pumped these 2 should be facing off for at least a couple years and whoever loses this year will be pissed off come playoff time next year.
I love when Shai does shit like that. I had a ridiculous spin into a dunk a week or two back as well that was fucking insane. I love that he’s a mid-range god, but I can’t deny, him driving and looking for layups is something I’d prefer seeing.
can u send the link
Here you go:
https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/1tot6p1/highlight_shai_gilgeousalexander_drives_through/
As a Spurs fan, I have to say it’s nuts that people, including some of the Spurs fan, can’t appreciate how good SGA as a player is. It’s as mesmerizing as it is terrifying.
I am almost glad that one more game is over. This is a bit too much for me
The average commenter here is convinced this series has been awful and unwatchable, and I legitimately feel bad for them. I can’t imagine being a neutral fan and just wasting an all-time great series like this to focus on whining about OKC.
This is great basketball featuring great players and coaching. Mitch Johnson out coached mark on game 4 with the stunt on the strong side of SGA drives and basically killed the OKC offense (was more than that but still the main adjustment)
Mark came back in game 5 and had SGA even more on ball and utilizing off ball actions more to keep the defense from sitting.
There’s been fantastic ball being played and coach and I’m supposed to hate what I’m seeing?
It’s just crazy that constant bitching about refs is blinding people to what an amazing series this has been. You have to love it if you love basketball.
Meanwhile I’ve had people insisting in my replies on other posts that if I loved basketball, I have to hate this series and OKC, it’s so funny. I had to block a dude because he was stalking my comments and spamming replies about that, to the point where he was still trying to talk about OKC while I was in a conversation about injuries and load management lol.
Insane
You can also see how the players are adjusting. Wemby could camp out in the paint for the first 3 games. Then they switched from the hard double to the stunt you’re talking about but made the 5 (wemby or Kornet) come out farther on the screen & rolls. I think this has had a huge effect on Wemby’s endurance as he has to move a lot more on defense.
He did not want to spend much time in the paint on the offensive end in Game 5 and I think it’s just cause he’s gassed! It’s already super physical, then he has to cover way more ground and then go back and bang down low in the paint.
Either way I hope we get this WCF at least a couple more years. Whoever loses this one is going to be hungry as hell next year.
Agree with you. Like the core criticism that the officiating could be better is totally fine, but people are out here acting like the game is totally ruined and unwatchable or that the sport is dead or whatever is just an insane take.
Yeah, it’s not the most consistent officiating, and SGA has some obnoxious plays here and there, but at least 75% of each game has been great basketball.
It’s because the average commenter here doesn’t actually watch basketball.
Seems crazy because we’re in the nba subreddit, but it really is that straight forward. These guys literally only see the clips posted on here or twitter, they do not watch actual basketball games.
[deleted]
If there are fouls they’ve got to be called. I’m not sure what you guys want. Even the refs who are letting a ton of stuff go (games 1-4) the teams are getting in the bonus early.
Last game was too ticky tacky but a couple of the earlier ones were way too lax and turned into football.
I’m hopeful that we are nearing an overpopulation of haters. Like when an animal species flourishes too much, exhausts their resources, and crashes. Haters have been eating good on engagement, but I’m starting to see more exhaustion with them. We are nearing the point of too much hate, and hopefully it’ll collapse back into fun discourse.
I am by no means a Thunder fan, I generally enjoy rooting against them being from Dallas we get enough of you yahoos down here.
But lately I almost feel the need to steelman them, the discourse around here has been silly.
It isn’t a good stat, it’s pretty easy for this to happen seemingly. But everyone sure thought it was when SGA’s name was attached to it this morning.
Same here. It’s like back when I kinda hated (more like rooted against) LeBron, but then constantly encountered people whose hatred for him was so incredibly irrational, delusional, and borderline weird, and I found myself often in the position of actively defending this guy I loved to see lose.
Tbf the SGA flopping memes are usually on point.
But this sub is a fucking dumpster fire no doubt about it
OKC fans could stop circling the wagons and the hate probably wouldn’t be as bad
It’s been in the shitter forever, but the flushing has happened and we’re circling the drain
Wdym, clearly FTs and flops account for 99% of the game so of course that’s all that’s talked about
r/nba needs to take notes from r/cfb that sub might be the most enjoyable place on the internet
Blame the bots who actually thought this stat on Shai would actually work in their favor, lmao.
Castle doesn’t go to the line because he’s flopping.
And all the subs are the same. There is no escape
The sets and adjustments have been INSANE. This series is literally the best basketball the NBA has ever seen. If you don’t enjoy the series then you really don’t like basketball.
I dunno how to state this more clearly. The NBA is more popular globally than ever. The state of this sub is legitimately the minority, but feels pervasive because the whole sub wants to fit in. You guys are just wrong and I’m sorry I have to tell you that. Go start watching soccer or something. Maybe tennis is better for you.
It’s because game 1 was so electric that people expected every game to have that level of excitement. When it doesn’t, people hardly care enough to see those adjustments from both teams
We’ve average 47.2 PFs a game this series… the historical average for a conference finals game? 44-48 PFs a game. Like can we please talk about anything else
Without looking it up I assume he has more turnovers than FGs also.
25 TOs to 28 FGM. Fox coming back helped with Castle’s TOs
Saved his weak ass 😭
Through 2 games that was true. But he’s only had 5 TOs in the last 3 games.
i feel like this happens alot if your a guy who drives alot and have a series where you shoot like ass

Have you posted this?
There was a post about it, I went and checked my history for the thread and its since been deleted by the mods.
Dwade not even on the list that’s wild
ethical hooper steph curry falls to protect his ankles but looks just like an SGA flop
I don’t see Luka on that list, he tries to make the shots atleast and then gets fouled. Some of his aren’t great, but he is more in the Bron spot where they get fouled every play and have to play through it. Like they are saying about wemby, why doesn’t SGA have to “play through” anything. If I’m the spurs I am whopping that dudes asssssssss allllllll game, I don’t even care if I lose the series, we on it tonight. Flop these elbows in your mouth.
Only the Thunder get free throw attempts tho
[removed]
You forgot falls per game
0 game analysis on how the offense and defenses are affecting each other.
You forgot the Wemby glaze that goes on top. Kinda bland without it.
But but but SGA and OKC
Was he the guy bitching post-game about the refereeing? Who’s also been defending super physically and committing legit fouls?
Typical Spurs
He’s probably also committed more fouls than both lmao
baby shai 🥺
master and padawan type stuff on the court
greatest unethical team in history vs the greatest unethical team of today, or some bullshit
ethically missing free throws to dodge the narrative, heads up play by wemby
This is nice to see after the viral post that SGA has more FTM than FGM this playoffs.
Refs just kinda are stuck rn. I don’t even think it’s their fault. I just think silver can’t properly figure out what the rules should be.
The box score doesn’t show all the momentum killing bad plays he’s made too. He’s been a really good player for OKC honestly. In game 5 the amount of missed shots/blown layups combined with fouls and TOs when they would make a run helped doom them.
Castle and Champagnie were the only reason the Spurs were even in this game. Castle had 24 points on 7⁄11 shooting with 6 assists against 3 turnovers is a pretty great game. Maybe he had a bad turnover or missed layup, but they’re down by 30 in the 3rd rather than 20 if Castle hadn’t been great before then.
WHEN WILL THE LEAGUE DO SOMETHING ABOUT STEPH?!?!
(Castle)
As one of the leaders of the Stephon Castle hate clubs he’s hasn’t given us a lot of ammo till now. Been great to watch
How could SGA do this?
Bros spent more time hugging Shai in the last week than Shai’s own damn wife too
Foul Baiter?
FrEe ThRoW mErChAnT
Ethical basketball
Well well well
Is this really how bad this place is. Like 18 posts about who has the most FTs compared to field goals? Like shit do you guys even like basketball
That’s not allowed only shai is allowed to do that!
Why did the mods remove the other post about all players but not this one?
Except Castle actually goes hard at the rim. None of you actually watch the games, do you?
Exactly. Aside from an attempt or 2 from three, almost all of his shot attempts are drives in the lane
Wemby is close with his 42 FTM lmao
This is definitely intended to be one of those “see guys, both sides do it” posts. Of course that falls apart when you watch the actual games and see why Castle goes to the line so often and also remember that he’s not a great shooter.
Thunder would have won 4-1 if you take away free throws
Castle has lost a lot of value in this series for me
Defensively he is okay but does the dumbest fouls to hurt the team every game
Offensively he can put up points but turns it over when he is the primary handler or settles for bad 3s
Definitely had a lot of maturing to do and I think Harper is going to take that #2 spot on the team
Oh look at that
https://www.reddit.com/r/NBAGossips/s/ACLOoi198T
Guaranteed this will get downvoted by all the Thundefenders here.
My short king Brunson only one getting ethical buckets
MVP like numbers then??
Curry is the GOAT
SGA merchant
ethical stuff
Tbh a lot of it is just OKC defenders choosing to take the foul than allow Castle to dunk a 2
Yeah and a lot of SGA’s FT are intentional fouls in the two minutes of close games or technical/flagrant fouls. This is r/nba we just care about the numbers not the circumstance.
This is a good series for him because it will force him to get into the lab over the summer. He’s gotta make the next leap
So this is the safe space for Thunder enthusiasts
Oh but the mods let THIS one stay up 😂😂😂
There’s fr a butthurt Thunder mod out there
This is funny but it still doesn’t take away from the issue of foul baiting and flopping. Spurs can be getting a favorable whistle while OKC also flops, those two things can be true at the same time.
Could we ponder that not all free throws are created equal? 🚨🚨🚨
Give Wemby another game 5 and he gets on the list to.
[ Removed by Reddit ]
Guillotine unfortunately
Honestly this is the least interesting thing to talk about rn. Who cares. Goes for Shai or Caste.
So does shai
all i’m seeing is shaivonte is struggling in castle talks rn
I mean dude couldn’t shoot. It is a known fact. It’s tougher for him especially when OKC got a great paint defense
Hol up.. don’t start guys
Disgusting. This is why the Spurs are absolutely unwatchable. You breathe on Castle and suddenly you’re in foul trouble.
But also, the number of free throws isn’t really the problem, it’s the way he embellishes for calls. The league has flopping rules but never enforces them, because they’re in the pocket of Big Spur. But the number of free throws is still bad.
But also also, it’s really about how physical he gets to be on defense while having such a soft whistle on offense. But the other stuff is also important.
The unethical discourse has to be one of the most reductive ‘storyline’ to gace a season. Nba has been like this for as long as I remember. This is a top notch series and all people want to talk about is dumb shit, rigging, blah blah. Hate okc all you want, dont pretend it’s some ethics bullshit, it’s ok to hate a team for no reason other than they are good. Two great teams, trying to win at all costs. Neither team is trying to win ethically, just win.
Yeah heard, but is he a huge bitch?
yes yes he is
Funny how these attempted damage control posts never have flairs…
Does a Reddit flair change statistics?
Just like the reigning mvp
