That is very true. I tried to expand the criteria to find players who may have done it but no one really seemed close. I’m not sure if there’s an easy way to ascertain if that is the case given the limitations of searching stats.

I’m pretty sure Howard Beck made the same mistake on the recent Zach Lowe show. He listed off teams that had only lost “2 losses and one the championship” (ie Shaq & Kobe, MJ & Pippen, Curry+KD+Klay, etc). The comparison didn’t make any sense though, cause the Knicks haven’t even played their most difficult opponent yet!

Agreed. Usually OG and Mikal switch between the PoA defender but I feel that given OG’s size, they use him more as a roamer and rotate over to be a back line defender. He’s definitely going to be the main defender a decent amount of times though.
