Depending on health and year, Giannis is. Tatum is very good but at no point has he been widely considered a top 3 player in the league, probably consensus top 5 at best. i am not the arbiter of this designation but i would say that an all time great player must be at least a consensus top 3 ish player for a big portion of their prime.
