I think a lot of people find him pretentious. I noticed a real influx of hate after the “ethical basketball” comments during the IST. To me he’s just confident and willing to speak without fluff. Sometimes he says things that are a little eh, but who doesn’t? I think as a player you should have ego and express it, especially if you can back it up.
