Knick fan responding. I totally agree especially after their thrilling undermanned win against the Nuggets. Their players are young and super exciting. Ant is undeniably a star. They’re fearless which is such a trait to have.

I know in the regular season fans like to shit on Finch but he’s been an amazing coach for them in the playoffs. The guys have been balling in general and they are a great watch, especially with their defensive effort.

Obviously biased and obviously agree. I’ll add two important points:
The playoff Wolves are the best watch in basketball. The regular season Wolves are regularly hard to watch, especially knowing wha the playoff Wolves are like.
These guys don’t flop and don’t cough up the ball in hopes of a whistle on soft or phantom contact. They’re all dawgs and they’re all trying to get viable shots up through contact.
Note that they suck at free throws and have a terrible team whistle and so it may not be “ethics” just necessity I don’t think that’s it but idk and either way the fact stands and it’s a big part of what makes them so fun to watch.

Imagine a whole generation of kids that take on the attitude of Jaden McDaniels. No more nonsense.

It’s a beautiful thing.

The defense has been on point consistently and there have been a few clutch individual performances offensively, but if they’d be hitting threes at a normal clip or remember how to shoot free throws, some of these games wouldn’t have been quite so dramatic.

They remind me a lot of the grit and grind grizz

A good watch is hard to find

Jaden McDaniels has that serial killer mentality that reminds me of the 90s Knicks squads.

Probably my favorite player in the playoffs after Anunoby.

I did not enjoy watching it while they beat us but I definitely found myself rooting for them during the spurs game. Ant is so fun, and the rest of the team is great too.

Don’t forget the occasional comedy of getting to watch Rudy shoot a basketball.

ANT is probably the closest thing to Kobe since Kobe, so I can appreciate that.

I think okc is, Shai is the mvp, their defense is great, and they are consistent favorites.

It’s nice to have a team that is consistently in the running while my team is out the playoffs.

My favorite non-Knicks team right now. It helps that they start two former Knicks that I feel fondly about (I was not a Randle hater, I understand he’s polarizing but I appreciate that he chose us when we were nothing). I appreciate the fearlessness, the physicality, just the dawg. And I think Finch is an excellent coach.

No they aren’t.
Anthony Edwards and Julius Randle both have passing vision issues. Randle is just very awkward to watch in general. Anthony Edwards never figured out playmaking. Both are on the lower IQ spectrum for on ball options in the league.

Mike Conley is cool though. And so is Joe Ingles.
