If you want a great player on the cheap, you need to hire rookies. But that means taking a risk that they’re don’t turn out to be good.

So the team most unlike Lebron’s is the Thunder. They hired 4 rookies a year for four years in a row, and found enough gems that they’ll be unstoppable. At least, they will be until they have to pay all their young players proper contracts.
