I think it depends on Mobley and if he can give KAT lot’s of issues, it would require the Cav’s big’s to be aggressive which they don’t always have a history of. I assume OG will try to stall out Donovan with some success, then there will be more of team focus on how to deal with Harden feeding Allen/Mobley, which is something I think the Knicks can handle.

I had them favored to make it out of the East before the playoffs, mostly due to faith in Brunson Hero ball if needed and that they actually do have versatile lineups, or at least more so than most East teams. That said I do think Cleveland is the least of a push over.

The problem most teams face is, can you really stop the Brunson/Kat 2 man game with ok spacing that the Knicks actually have. Most cannot and most East teams have pretty bad offenses so they can’t counter it on offense either.

excellent defense clogging the passing lanes has been so big for us man. It’s actually wild because just by letting ourselves almost fall back from the wings a bit, we have completely shut down the motion of the hawks and Philly offenses and made them settle for super difficult shots. The defense has really been stellar like that hawks game 6 was impressive offensively for sure but the defense was what actually turned it into a historical feat
