Unfortunate end to what was (for me) the most memorable season in ~4 years; would’ve been overjoyed to see this team make the second round but it is what it is, and we were already better than I had hoped for coming into the season so I’ll take what I can get.

Lots of questions around this roster moving forward; particularly what to do with Poeltl’s albatross contract and the uncertain futures regarding BI/IQ, but I guess we’ll cross those bridges when we get to them.

CMB had a much better rookie year than I expected him to, hopefully we address our black hole at the C position over the offseason because I have absolutely zero faith in Jak moving forward.

They took it to 7 as a team openly advertising their deficiencies on court, I wanted the win more than anything but this series actually gave the team a future to look at and that is fuckin big man.

Use the pick and get off the Jak contract we can’t build unless that shit is gone, and stop overreacting to the BI contract it’s two more years with the last a player option.

Honeslty a way better season than I ever could’ve expected going into it, so I really can’t complain with these results even if we’re out now. 

I’m incredibly hopeful for next season, which is a nice feeling in itself too.

Gotta give the raptors credit. Pretty sure everyone expected them to go out in 5 and they took it to 7 with barely any playoff experience on their team.

Raps outperformed expectations honestly, they just need to make some small changes to the roster (getting rid of Poeltl’s and BI’s contracts somehow) and develop their core, they got a good core to build around

Honestly the season ended a lot more positive than at any other point of the year. Ingram sucks but Barnes is a fucking dog and CMB is going to be a beast

They had no shot at winning the East. I’m just glad they didn’t get curbstomped in 4 games

There is definitely some work to do in the offseason though, starting with the Poeltl problem

one of my favourite teams this season, excited to see where they go. season was a huge success overall.

We did wayyyy better than I thought we would, especially given the injuries. But the flaws in this team are clear as day, need a true starting C, and we are inconsistent af on offence. Poeltl and Ingram would be lucky af to still be on this team post-trade deadline next year.

No IQ, no BI. Great fight by the boys🙏

Raptors were tough. Tenacious defense, Barnes ascended and basically put the Mobley debate to bed, and their role players hit clutch shots for most of the series. Hope Toronto fans had fun Friday night man that had to be an electric feeling.

Hell of a effort without 2 starters 

Today I learned that you can be a 7 footer and be allergic to rebounds. Thanks Mr. Jakob Poeltl! Literally watched the ball slip through his giant fingers multiple times. Sometimes he even moved away from where the ball was going.

iceman delayed

Cavs were disappointing in games 3-5 nearly coulda sealed it game 6 but sold in the clutch and luck from Toronto. Game 7 they finally locked in And Jarret Chamberlain woke tf up. Raptors impressed me a lot with their energy, size, length, and aggression. Scottie was the best player overall for the series imo. But over all shoutout to both teams

If this team can get a more agile big man next year… watch out!

As biased as i am and i think game 5 was rough offciating, i csnt be too mad this is our first playoffs after rebuilding and it was a ton of fun with some iconinc moments. A broke, Poeltl, IQ and Ingram and we go to game 7 thats a pretty good effort. I didnt even think we would make it past 5 games
