Mitchell Ervin is genuinely one of the worst referees in the league. Don’t know how some of these refs aren’t investigated for gambling because that mf most certainly does.

Their union is damn near as powerful as a police union lol. If a ref is bad enough at his job that we notice as an audience, and nothing happens. He’s doing his job and directed. We just don’t like the results.
He is about to get cursed. Kevin Huerter threw a ball to a ref and she didn’t see it. He got tech’ed up and the refs didn’t give him a single fucking call for the rest of his tenure with the Bulls.
I don’t even know if they have forgiven him, but when he was still in Chicago the guy ate every 50⁄50 call and was hit with so many ticky-tack fouls.
