When Ingrams out there it frees up others offensively a bit more, even if he isn’t producing at all himself. However, he’s also a bit of a liability defensively, or at least compared to the other options we can have out there. So we lose offense but gain defense, and that’s what kept us in the game

If he can develop as a combo guard our future is good. IQ hasn’t developed like we needed him to, but JaKobe becoming a 3pt threat with significantly better defense than IQ ever had is the perfect solution. Esp next to Shead as a true PG that’s another tough defender.

Too bad we whiffed so badly on the 31st pick (getting Mogbo when Ajay Mitchell was available hurts, esp when CMB is basically Mogbo but much better and younger), bc otherwise we absolutely nailed it with low picks in a very very weak draft
