McDaniels talks a lot but also backs it up on the floor
He deserves so much credit for the offensive player he’s become. Minnesota’s depth is insane
From a Denver fan this is crazy. Respect.
I mean anyone who watched this game should be able to tell you that. His midrange and floater were like 80% and they don’t win without that. I’m almost glad the nuggets lost cause now the front office has to face the facts that the team as put together right now doesn’t work and they have to make changes.
this is the playoffs i love. Refs doesnt dictate the game. Grit and Grind like basketball should be. I always respect Nuggets for it. unlike the OKC cUNters
His midranger has gotten so fucking good.
He’s gotten comfortable shooting it through some contact, so if he gets a smaller guy on him, he is just unbothered by it.
I thought they were cooked missing their top 3 guards. A lot of guys stepping up for the wolves.
TSJ absolutely was an absolute blitzkrieg
Lol he’s out there committing war crimes
The wolves depth was shockingly good
This tim Connelly guy is pretty good at constructing a roster huh?
I was so mad when he left. His talent evaluation is top notch
Well, he did trade up to select Rob Dillingham at 8, so it’s not unimpeachable
(I actually think Dillingham isn’t bad if he can figure his jumper out)
Im a wolves fan in Chicago, saw him in summer league when I was visiting a friend in Vegas and have now seen him play total like 8 games. He needs to gain some weight and a quick pull up jumper, he’s fast af but he gets bullied, needs to use that speed to surprise defenders on the jumper.
My read is that the depth thing is coaching as much as roster construction. But I’m making that up after watching a few games.
I was surprised there wasn’t small spurts with Jokic and joval. Or something like that. His strategy seemed to just play Jokic to death.
It just felt like Jokic and Murray were tired as hell with real players on the bench
We always make someone look like that, get em paid by someone and turns out they are solid but not as good as they looked against us
There thing is, he doesn’t even talk, they just shove a microphone in his face. As they should.
The funny thing is he is very soft spoken, and maybe just lacks a filter.
Basically called out the nuggets for not being able to guard them talking about they pussy and he was unfortunately right 😔
GOAT
Ice cold dick killer
If you want to hear more, make sure you check out his podcast
RUDY IS A TOP 10 DEFENDER EVER
Did you see that left handed wrap around pass 🥶🥶🥶 ICE COLD
Does…
Does Rudy have touch?..
The world isn’t ready.
Bro decided to watch Magic highlights after the regular season ended cause I’ve never seen him move like this before
Nah Bird highlights, he’s from French Lick after all
And he ain’t 2-10
Well he is isn’t
Ain’t no way in hell you saying Gobert the best defender in nba history. Not even the best defensive center man. Russell and Hakeem still exist.
Disrespectful. He’s top 3 all time and he might not be 3 or 2
I wish everyone knew this
Hakeem then Rudy.
You accidentally added a zero there bud
Clamped that equestrian
you accidentally put a 0 there
As a rockets fan we never feared facing the Jazz in playoffs when it was Rudy/Mitchell years. Harden just had Rudy’s number.
Jaden 32 points out of spite
The hate fuels him
Jaden has a thin line between punching a wall to break his own hand when mad, or balling tf out on the court
Rudy with 8 assists is not getting talked about enough. The wrap around to the pocket 3 with 1 second on the shot clock left was crazy
Rudy was so fucking good today.
Very good iso defense, covered for some of his teammates mistakes, battled on the boards, made his free throws, got a few key 2nd chance points, and made the right decision on the pass pretty much every time.
Rudy was the best player the entire series. Insane to say about a guy averaging like 10 points.
Yep, absolutely Herculean effort from him.
I know he’s getting some flowers, but it’s a shame guys like Jaden, Ayo, and TJ are getting all of the attention: Rudy was so fucking good. Like career defining playoff series good.
WE GOT JADEN MCDANIELS
He feeds on their hate.
Give the man he’s flowers
Damn a Rudy triple double would have been fucking crazy against jokic
They didn’t wanna include him in a trade for Giannis and that’s proven to be a right decision!
They added firsts in the Gobert trade because they wouldn’t trade McDaniels
And every year people act like Wolves fans are crazy for not wanting to include Jaden in a package for KD, Giannis, or whatever superstar is pouting that year.
Jaden McDaniels is a bad man
McDaniels looking like prime Kawhi out there
The difference being, Jaden doesn’t have an Uncle Dennis. Because Jaden only has sons.
Game of his life and didn’t even break a sweat. Fucking legend.
i never wanna hear gobert disrespect again. he’s the GOAT defensive center until wemby eventually overtakes him
What a legend, talked his shit and backed it up. Rosas cooked so much drafting Ant and Jaden
Christian Braun somehow makes more money than Jaden McDaniels.
Legacy-defining series for both of them. Rudy with some of the best playoff defense I’ve ever watched, Jaden for talking insane shit all series, backing it up, and then closing out the series without his superstar teammate on a 32 point game. Co-MVPs of this series
This is honestly the first playoff series in my lifetime where a lower seed beat a higher seed with its franchise player missing half the time. I’m not exaggerating… What’s another example? I’ve seen teams winning without superstars (Pistons) or without key starters (all the time). But a roster that lost its core offensive driver and still won against a higher seed….i don’t think so. Impressive.
Knicks in 1999 without Ewing.
Is this when the Ewing theory was born?
JADEN MCDANIELS IS STILL RIGHT
They are sooooo good. Don’t get confused — Denver is still fucking good on the offensive end. It’s Wolves defense that got them the v despite the injuries.
Mesmerizing defense. Their tape gonna be studied by generations of players. Real legacy.
Best in the game
Treacherous
Gobert was looking like Jokic out there with the assist
The left handed hook pass to the corner reminded me of Manu. Also, full disclosure, I watched a 15 min Manu highlight video on Youtube right before the game.
Jaden “I’m the entire nuggets daddy” McDaniels
Wemby vs his uncle is gonna be fun
something something kd something something jaden mcdaniels
Hats off to Jaden. He went and talked his shit, then backed his shit talk up.
props to mcdaniels, called my entire team a bunch of bitches and nobody stepped up, if we finally blow it up ill make a shrine to your honor brother
battle of the french big men.
LMAO. Trash ass nuggets. Fire everyone involved.
Legendary performance
Would have been crazy if Rudy got a triple double
Rudy not only defended Jokic but learned how to pass like him too
Wolves are still a poverty franchise
Imagine losing to a poverty franchise missing their top three guards.
