Every bucket he hit was extremely timely, but, most importantly, he was playing absolutely godly defense. During a large stretch where the Sixers were up 13-15 and couldn’t hit a shot, he completely refused to let Boston score at all to close the gap. One of the best defensive anchor performances I’ve seen in my years as a fan, period.
