He’s got elite court vision and processing.

It’s his shot and to a lesser extent his handle that are his problem on offense. But he’s not a zero on offense - he’s a great connector.

I don’t watch much Pistons ball but based on these highlights I really like Thompson reads out of the high post/princeton style offense. And he perfectly timed his drive on Suggs. He is more patient and intuitive than I expected on offense.

We need a coach that can better incorporate him, Ausar will never be a big time scorer but should be getting around 15 points a night. It’s pretty normal for Ausar to end the night with 2-3 shot ATTEMPTS it’s insane lol.

He also has a solid midrange shot but rarely uses it.

He absolutely was. Rebounding was huge, hustle plays, connecting passes.

Our sub shits on him sometimes cause he cant shoot, but dude does so much well. Wed be silly to give up on him. He’s my fav player to watch on our team outside of Cade.
