[Highlight] Ron Harper Jr. and Max Shulga hit the Celtics’ 23rd and 24th three-pointers of the night, a new franchise playoff record! The team shot 24 for 53 from three.
Max Shulga matching Edgecombe on points right there
Shulga and Harper each have more threes in Philly than Edgecombe this series lol
Lmaoooo
People aren’t ready for what Harper Jr is going to show the world next season
Edgecomb really turned into prime Klay for one game then disappeared.
Oh no VJ dont fumble thee bag
WINK
Clearly the strategy of doubling players on drives and leaving someone wide open from 3 worked very well for Philly tonight
Especially when they doubled Tatum.
brad stevens is him
Is he a better coach or a better GM??? I feel like he is wayyyy tooooo good to be not a coach since his after timeout plays are godlike. Then again his roster construction skills as GM after the departure of Jrue, Porzingis and Horford is otherworldly.
Better GM for sure. He was a good coach, but his tenure as a GM is nearing GOAT status for the modern era. The way he was able to get us out of the aprons, and still put together a contender when their best player was out for the overwhelming majority of the season needs to be studied.
The other part of the equation is player development, Joe and the staff’s contributions after Brad gets the right guys is a chapter or two in that study guide.
Joe himself is a testament to Brad’s elite GM abilities. Not many executives would take a big swing on an unproven assistant for a title contender like that.
No lies detected.
GM. He finds it to be more fun. When he was at Butler he enjoyed scouting and putting pieces together more than coaching the games.
End my suffering
Best Harper in NBA history
2024 Celtics are so back
