“Hyperextension” is not an injury, its a mechanism for injury. Depending on the situation, it either mildly stretches a ligament here and a joint capsule there, or can tear the shit out of every structure in the knee, and everything in between, and you cant definitively tell from the video without doing tests on the player.
When people say “just a hyperextension,” they mean the former, but the latter is very possible, so hope its not that
