As a Hawks fan, I’m so invested in them right now that other playoff storylines are kinda on the fringe of my interest level. Except for this. I’m forcing myself to stay up late and watch Bron because I know what’s about to happen.

I was literally smiling the whole game yesterday just enjoying the moment. Haters don’t know what they’re missing, this dude will never be replicated

lebron just gives his team such a unique feel when he’s on the court, even at his current age. i remember thinking the same thing when he was brining the ball up the court for team USA. just makes the team look and feel so composed when the ball is in his hands. feels like silly mistakes and ugly possessions are way less likely than even other good playoff teams, and every time up the court there’s a good chance they at least get a solid look. if they can’t find anything in the first 20 seconds, he can always at least shoot a three or a turnaround fadeaway and usually manages to get a pretty decent look those shots even under duress. see his last two shots in regulation last night. even the missed game winner attempt was a great look given the circumstances and went halfway down.

I can’t believe that a TWENTY percentage point differece in 3P% between teams is really something that is remotely close to being innate to either team. To some degree I just have to say they are unlucky and have bad nights.

If the long-term difference in 3p% between the very worst, not-wanna-win, tanking, no-good-players teams and the best NBA teams is like 3 percentage points, I just cannot believe that suddenly “players regressed” to the difference being 20 as something that defines them. They played unsuccesful games this week.

I really think the lakers role players are not getting enough credit. Those guys have been playing 4 quarters of just pestering defense. That kind of effort and physicality can really stiffen an offense and take them out of rhythm. 

They are so ass. On offence their entire strategy is everyone else stands as Amen or Sengun bangs into bodies to get a shot. I don’t think they assist much or even set screens. How can a team be this ass offensively?
