It’s easy to dismiss since the team has been tanking during his entire time here, but he’s respected around the league. He gets guys to play hard and seems liked in the locker room. High challenge success rate, for whatever that’s worth. Despite a roster that was bad enough to have an organic/ethical tank, the Nets had to rest guys and play g-leaguers because they were still playing competitively.

Jordi is a fantastic coach, Brooklyn’s best kept “secret” lol. I was so pleasantly surprised this season after Mike got traded here. My bad that I never paid too much attention to him before.

Hopefully the team could one day get good enough for him. He’s a competitive psycho that speaks softly and acts gently—I wanna see how he does in playoffs leading a contender.
