That 8% is huge leap, you have massive healing and alignment cleanse and ultra fast EF.
you dont need palm at all. its not even close to dead.
Just lose 90% of your recovery 4Head
you get more than enough recovery for casting and in general as is and you still have infinite alignment cleanse. I think nime of need is OP even without the palm. the first build I did in this league was caster warior and for like 3-5 div it trivialized all content I could do
I feel like they will eventually rework hulking form. It’s really good but kinda gives titan an identity issue.

its too generic powerful. tbf i also do not like any straight up stat boosting ascendancies. titan not only have hulking form but the other nodes are like 15% more hp, 50% more armour on body armour.. it just so boring.
i really like ascendancies like blood mage (first free node is life remnants and skills now also cost life) where it changes how you play the character.
or witchhunter with sorcery ward etc.
Yah agree. To me a lot of the ascendency are boring “what stat do you want” picks… Titan, Gemling, Ritualist, Deadeye and tbh a few more don’t really change your gameplay much and just add some stats.
I think there should be at least 1 major gameplay changing element to an ascendancy

It’s a pretty standard cast on crit, casting a curse that has a damage support, reduced duration (so cast on crit happens more often), now using using ember fusillade as a trigger. It’s really a dishonesty to call it an ember fusillade build when the ember fusillade is doing less than 5% of the damage of the build.
Ember fusillade is doing 99% of the damage. The curse helps fuel a loop to gain energy fast as well as boost dps with negative res.
PoE2 will have slower, more methodical, tactical gameplay.
I really hope GGG doesn’t give up on this idea.

What are the key items/jewels/support gems that make this build work?
It is the usual 0 duration titan, you only really need a palm of the dreamer with reduced skill duration to get it working, and of course titan for that small passive buff for even less skill duration
Besides that all other items are for scaling damage and clear
But what does 0 duration matter for
Ember fusillade when cast, has a certain duration before it fiera on its own, and if you cast before it goes off its just gonna reset
Having 0 duration makes it go off instantly so you can spam it

Ember fusillade has a duration where it won’t fire unless you stop spamming. Time of need also gives you unlimited life.
Is time of need what is allowing the crazy life pool yo-yo without dying?
Yup! Also my life pool goes from mana first.
How does the fusillade actually work with this. I’m guessing the cast time isn’t instant so you’re not stacking fusillades for extra damage but rather the fusillades get shot the very moment you cast them?
Cast time isn’t instant. Hover time is .01. But I have a lot of projectiles fire extra 2. HH gives projectiles fire extra 4? Wildshards/Sione’s give an extra 8. So, you get really high stacks that give a ton of added dmg.

It is a Titan, which is a Warrior ascendancy
You’ll see a lot of titles like this that are not only specific class or ascendancy, but rather their main skill and ascendancy. So here it’s titled “Ember Fusillade (the main skill being used), Titan (the ascendancy being used, in this case a Warrior ascendancy).” This could also be referred to as a “zero duration Titan,” but there are no skills called “zero duration,” instead that name refers to the fact that all passives have been taken that enable an extremely low skill duration, as well as gear that might do the same.
It can be a little confusing at first, especially if you go to the build websites and a lot of builds are titled with phrases a new player might not know yet!

Simply put, in this game your skills arent tied to your class, so you can use them on any you like, and the game becomes more about what class/ ascendancy has the best bonuses towards what you’re trying to do.
So in this case, given how bonuses of the titan work, you have a very good spell caster built off of whats essentially a warrior.

Do you have a hover duration of 0.01 or really 0? I only get 0 with compressed duration inside the skill (having all passives that reduce duration and doom with 13% reduced effect duration)?

Yup. It’s a setting in the Nvidia app. Last i heard you need 40x or 50x.

Build looks insane. But I’ve always wondered. No sarcasm. Is it interesting to continuously playing such build after all theory crafting and gearing? On the other hand if you spend several mirrors on gear, probably yeah, interesting.
Where extra chaos dmg buff is coming from? The skull icon above head and in buffs.

It looks awesome but how do you cast spark when you are on 0.06 time of need duration? On mine, spark have 0 diration even with support gem đź«
Its on my second weapon set. It gives white mobs 186% exposure. And uniques 92%. Poor white mobs :).
Also, I got my time of need to .03 now. Using Hayoxi’s and Overbundance 1.
