He’s jumping and fading off balance trying to hit the jumper. Ofc he’s throwing his leg up, look at any player fading away and they shoot their leg up. The reason Jalen got hit was because he wasn’t expecting CJ to take a fade in that very moment. It’s 100% an accident, idk what everyone here is on. It’s a basketball motion. Nowhere near the same as the draymond stuff.

I really don’t think CJ could have done this on purpose. He was focused on the rim and both him and Brunson had been in motion prior. I agree that it was only reviewed because Brunson stayed down but like I said not clear on the rule.
