Historically the whistle has never been kind to Curry iirc.

But that’s the thing I like about him as a neutral…he doesn’t put that chip on the shoulder and focuses on what he does best.

If the refs call completely clear, obvious fouls on Curry in last year’s first-round series against Houston, then the series doesn’t go seven games and Curry is healthy against Minnesota. I’m not saying they beat Minnesota, but it’s a fun series!

And it worked both ways Garland fouled out with 6, dunn had 4 fouls and DJJ had 3 fouls.

This is the only way to guard curry with the current rule settings. Im fine with it and the costs.

Players wouldnt need to fight so hard off screen if it means they have more time and more methods to contest better.

I would like to see a crack down on screens. Where you can only hold it for 2 or 3 seconds. Would wanna also implement hand checking back so theres constant contact instead of aggressive body to body bump contact because of the inertia of running from a screen.

This also helps in situations with players falling and feet getting tangled while making the game visually more fluid.

Him and Bron really should get a lot more calls than they get. ESP as the superstars they are…

The refs literally made Curry. Without swallowing whistles on illegal screens, Curry would have 0 rings. Whatever defensive “fouls” they miss doesn’t even tip the scale given how many offensive fouls they intentionally let the warriors get away with in order to let him get shots off.

Curry has the worse whistle of any Superstar ever. Draymond is the complete opposite though. It really does balance out when you factor the moving screens for Curry/Klay and the insanely physical defense this bozo has gotten away with the whole time.

Curry with an average all-NBA player’s whistle is a top 5 all-time player.

Then again, I think everything Draymond has gotten away with over the entirety of his career almost cancels out Steph’s whistle.
