Nick Wright goes off on Lamelo Ball: “That young man is a clown, and has been a clown forever and will never not be a clown”
They say guys in the NBA stay the way they were when they got their money. Lamelo got his at what, 15? Even younger?
He’s gonna be immature like this forever.
“money doesn’t change you, it only makes you more of what you already are”
I like to think of myself as a fairly good person. If anyone wants to give me millions of dollars I think I could make good use of it. Just send it over and Ill test your hypothesis
“if you’re an asshole and get money you’ll be even bigger asshole. If you’re a drunk and get money, you’ll be drunk 24⁄7”
I’m gonna be the biggest piece of shit
Glass house. White Ferrari. Live for New Year’s Eve. Sloppy steaks at Truffoni’s.
Oh yeah, Lamelo’s hair would slick back real nice.
Balls can change. Im worried this guy thinks that balls can’t change.
You think that’s slicked back? That’s pushed back!
Mackenzie Scott and Jeff Bezos are good examples.
That’s an Abe Simpson quote…I don’t want to know if Simpson’s was referencing something else.
Edit…need to order a dialing wand
Back in the day we used to quote Simpsons and tie onions around our belts, which was the style at the time
True, I grew up around the same area. Dude lived in a mansion and would drive a Lambo to school but obviously skipped all the academics. He’s always been this way and you can tell by the way he speaks too. Knows like 100 unique words.
Yeah, lacking common sense and critical thinking skills has more to do with how he came up than his education level. I know kids who are in college now but have the reading skills of a middle schooler and are complete chuds brainwashed by their algorithms. My immigrant dad dropped out of school at 13 and is very wise and worldly and full of practical skills.
Lamelo has just been spoiled and affluent his whole life
It causes brain damage, basically.
The kind of blasé disregard he has behind the steering wheel is evidence of a cognitively deficient brain.
He jsut doesn’t care about consequences, and probably never will.
You grew up in chino hills and picked Hornets as your team?
He didn’t say he didn’t cheer for the dude.
s/o Chino Hills you weird city you
Chino and Chino Hills are basically the Pawnee and Eagleton of Southern California.
Well lets be real here, having the lambo and going to school and even skipping school isnt the hugest deal but speeding, drunk driving, crashing, and doing things that attempt to injure people are mutually exclusive.
There are plenty of people who got money early that dont do that.
He lacks accountability but how do you hold a millionaire accountable?
Drunk driving? Lamelo doesnt drink lol
Source on the drunk driving?
I mean, you could blame his father that these dudes never got a real education or even a chance to become smarter, since he forced all of this on them…
And honestly, personally, I often feel like, “Who cares?” There is so much stuff in this world that we do not need everyone to be an academic or especially smart. Just being a basketball player is good enough as long as he is happy.
But then he does stupid, nefarious stuff that affects other people, and I feel like that is where it crosses the line. He won the Hornets the game by injuring the Heat’s best player with an insanely dirty play… and it is not like it was an accident, it was a full-on conscious decision to trip Bam.
And he will not be suspended because… honestly, I have no clue why. Are we waiting until he does it again?
Same with his car crash, no case, no charges, no suspension. Just being a literal nuisance to other people, but hey, he is rich and stupid, so we should forgive him.
For real, I went from cheering for the Hornets to hoping they lose in really bad fashion, and not because I dislike the team… but it is hard to cheer for assholes.
Because these people can vote, drive, and possess weapons. Let’s have higher standards for others.
Actually Lamelo proves quite frequently that he can’t drive.
Also Bridges beat the mother of his kids in front of them. Fuck the Hornets.
I sorta feel bad for KK and a few others on that team but then I remember that these guys stick together and don’t care that their teammates are pieces of shit. Fuck ‘em.
What choice does Kon have? Refuse to play for the team that drafted him because he has a personal beef with a player? When has a rookie ever pulled something like that in the NBA?
Most players aren’t going into the personal lives of each player like that just like regulars don’t.
Agree
I want to take this moment to remind people LaMelo ALSO has a child.
Apparently his son is named “La’One” 😂
This…this can’t be real…we are living in the stupidest times
Isn’t his BM also like 15 years older than him and they’ve been together since LaMelo was like 19⁄20
Eeeyuck
Ewww….wtf? Didn’t know that. Too bad. I was sort of hoping he went to KD route. Make life all about something else. Could be partying, fast cars, whatever. Anything but having kids.
LaMelo is like every Gen Z stereotype cranked up to 11.
If you look how he drives still, he’s not learned a thing or really been punished.
i mean he ain’t wrong.
[removed]
For a lot of people they are just athletes that they enjoy watching. They don’t care about their lives outside of the game, good or bad.
It goes both ways, if Sga was suddenly involved in the same controversy as Lamelo do you think thunder fans would suddenly turn on him?
It certainly helps that SGA has no history of being a complete imbecile
I mean even if he was the answer is still clearly no. Lu dort is clearly not as talented as either and I’d say 70% of thunder fans still defend him.
There are plenty of examples. We could all be honest with ourselves and each other and admit that we’re not gonna toss out decades-long fandoms based on a few individuals currently with the team.
We’re all prone to bias and motivated reasoning, should be aware of it, and realistically should expect that fans acknowledge egregious actions without expecting them to grab pitchforks to join in the “this is literally the worst person who’s ever lived” circlejerks that make their way around and touch most teams
It feels strange with the Hornets because people say we’re dumb teenagers because we like a team LaMelo is on or morally bankrupt because the team retained Bridges or whatever. There’s no expectation that Lakers fans jump ship because of Hayes (and most of them don’t even have ties to LA) or Thunder fans because of Dort or Suns because of Grayson Allen or Sixers because of Embiid. It feels like we’re the only fanbase expected to either jump ship or have every word out of our mouths be condemnations of the troublesome players. We just wanna watch our (usually local) team finally win like everyone else.
True. But LaMello fans will care if they find themselves on the streets of Charlotte when he’s behind the wheel.
Lol brave stance from the mavs fan, google what jason kidd did to his wife in 2001 and in 2012
Wild take given your head coach is a convicted domestic abuser with a DWI.
Because some of us had to gaslight ourselves into believing in Gerald Henderson Jr., some of us watched the 7–59 Bobcats and haven’t had ANYTHING to cheer for basketball wise
So yeah LaMelo is fun and I enjoy watching him
I watch sports. Im not invested in any athletes personal life.
I like watching LaMelo play basketball. He’s very good.
As far as I know, the worst thing he’s done is get into a minor crash because he was trying to make an illegal turn. Reading this thread, you would think this guy spends his free time murdering puppies and burning restaurants. This sub is nothing but a circlejerk.
Nah bro this ain’t it. He didn’t “get into a minor crash”, he has a reputation for recklessly driving his hummer in a city, running red lights and making illegal turns and speeding. That is clown bullshit in the most generous possible light and could very easily get someone killed or ruin someone’s life. Crashes don’t need to be high speed to be dangerous, necks and backs are fragile things and whiplash damage can be permanent and disabling. He’s a grown man and there’s no excuse, full stop.
Totally fine and fair to not care about the stuff outside the game, but calling that a “minor crash” is downplaying that event. It was very reckless driving that could have been very dangerous. It wasn’t like a fender bender or anything, those are minor events.
Crazy how siblings raised under the same roof can have such varied personalities. Lonzo seems normal by comparison.
I say this from experience (I’m the middle child).
Lonzo is the oldest and it shows
Because he’s an exciting player to watch lol. Some of y’all over complicate sports and entertainment. Melo is obviously dangerous for how he drives, and comes off not that bright.
But folk watch basketball for basketball. And for a lot of folk he’s good at that.
I really enjoy watching him play, so I consider myself a fan. But that doesn’t mean I’m a fan of what he does off the court. It’s possible to do both
I know it was a joke, but dumping out all of the marbles for the Hornets social team to pick up like two weeks after the car crash… Have you never heard of optics man?
I think LaMelo is a grade a weapon, but that shit was exactly what social media people want. It was funny, it went viral, he pre apologised, and it took them probably 10 minutes to clean up. Thats not a lot compared to how much time they invest in making social media videos
dude isn’t one of the most followed players in the league by accident. He’s a dumbass but he knows how to get clicks
Shit ass world we live in where we give people every pass imaginable if they know how to get clicks.
Melo isn’t Bridges, there’s levels to this shit and he’s not a monster, but it is fucking exhausting to see bad behavior constantly excused by “well you watched, right???”
To be clear, the marbles thing is dumb to get mad about - he made his social team’s job objectively easier that week by feeding into what they wanted from him. But the general idea of X gets clicks so it’s cool to do whatever is why streamer culture has taken all of the worst aspects of reality tv and cranked them all up to 11.
Agreed
The reckless driving alone is reason enough to put dude in timeout. But of course, the NBA, the city of Charlotte, his friends, family, and inner circle ALL keep turning a blind eye.
IIWII until someone gets killed or seriously harmed I guess.
Agreed, it’s why I downvote every Stephen A Smith post on this sub. The only way to combat rage bait is to not engage
Why is that shamrock thing such a big deal for you? The Hornets social media team got a lot of engagement from that. It probably took them 2 minutes to sweep it up. It was a funny joke that didn’t harm anyone. Y’all just want to hate Melo for any reason you can find. It’s kinda pathetic at this point. If you want to call him dirty for tripping Bam, sure go ahead. The play was dirty. But being so pedantic and bringing up “optics” for him dumping out pieces of plastic that can easily be cleaned up is so weird.
i said it earlier in the thread theres a lot of pearl clutching going on give it a few weeks itll pass
This sub has become so unbearable. Everyone just wants to constantly shit on every player for every little thing. It’s embarrassing.
its either that or dunking on people, the whole rise of “hate-watching” or sharing stats when players have a bad game just makes the sub seem way more negative, anyway heres hoping tonights games are as much fun as last nights
The idea of hate watching is weird as fuck
I mean, I don’t care about the marbles thing. But I care that he drives in such a way that he’s endangering people all the time and that he will at not point, unless he does really hurt someone, ever see a consequence for it.
which is sad b/c there’s a lot of legitimate shit you could shit on Melo for lol
Someone had to fill the vacuum left by ja morant.
I’m not gonna sit here and pretend LaMelo is some mature, well-read guy, but christ people are fucking insufferable about him. I lowkey feel like I see him catch more flack in general than Miles and he isn’t even a woman beater lmao
Bro I cant believe people still tall about that marble shit. I swear social media has completely destroyed any sense of normal social interactions doe people.
Reddit gets obsessed with the weirdest shit. It was a harmless joke that went over well and was pre-apologized for.
“Pre-apologized” is crazy lol
How else would you describe someone pretty much saying “I’m sorry for the joke I’m about to pull” before doing it?
Yea, he honestly deserves his driving license suspended
In terms of BBIQ, I feel like LaMelo is finally getting the respect he deserves. In terms of regular IQ, yeah this sounds about right lol
Even BBIQ is a mixed bag.
He should know better than to grab someone’s ankles like wtf is that.
Also there were a good handful of plays from last night where he would get a bucket or assist and then get beat by Mitchell because he isn’t getting back on defense.
That’s some low BBIQ shit
Well it was high BBIQ in that he got rid of the opponent without repercussion
Lamelo doesn’t have good bball iq. He has elite vision and physical skills to boot, but his vision isn’t bball iq.
He’s a turnstile on D, constantly takes poor shots, bad time management, makes emotional mistakes, etc
I also saw like 4 times low shot clock that he just wouldnt take the shot and passed out grenades. Why was Grant Williams shooting a fadeaway corner 3 deep in the clutch? Like you’re Lamelo Ball you take crazy shots all game and all of a sudden late clock you’re afraid to create and take one?
What was crazy to me was Stan Van Gundy blaming Grant for that shot. Trust me, I’ve watched Grant Williams make some STUPID decisions but he was in this weird spot where he couldn’t drive to the basket but he wasn’t in the corner anymore (maybe it’s his fault for doing this fake cut thing) but he got the ball with like 2 seconds left on the shot clock and Lamelo knows Grant is a decision maker. That was a classic grenade after Lamelo and whoever else wasted the entire shot clock.
He also basically gave up on defense in the 4th/OT. I think he has overall improved but he was definitely ball watching and letting everyone blow past him and forcing the other Hornets to rotate around and cause gaps. There was also that play where he was celebrating a shot he made and let his man just blow past him and the other Hornets had to scramble to try to catch him. Also caught a moment where Grant Williams was clearly screaming at him to pay attention to his man.
Grabbing Bam’s ankles is bad sportsmanship not low bbiq, and not getting back on defense is low effort not low bbiq
Sure, but people have been saying LeMelo is brainless on the court for years and he’s been showing that he knows how to make the right read a lot more often that he was given credit for until this season. I wouldn’t call the Bam play low BBIQ, just a really shitty thing to do. Fair point on the Mitchell defense though.
He almost cost them the game at the end by turning over the ball and fouling Herro on a 3 ball, not to mention getting blown by in transition because he was celebrating. He’s obviously got game but he’s gonna have to be better in these high stake siturations which we’ll see soon going up against Detroit.
Passing up layups to run to the 3 point line is high BBIQ?
Jacking up 16 3’s when you can’t hit any and they can’t stop your drive is high BBIQ?
Shooting 40 foot heat checks in an elimination game is high BBIQ?
Celebrating constantly instead of getting back on defense is high BBIQ?
Panicking and throwing risky passes instead of calling a timeout is high BBIQ?
Fouling a 3 point shooter when your down 3 is high BBIQ?
I actually think he’s one of the dumbest players in the league and have always felt this way. Hornets would be wise to move on from him.
I remember seeing Lamelo Ball on WWE as a 15 year old back in 2017. He’s the same stupid kid today
“Beat that 🥷 ass” yeaaaa ill never forget that I laughed so fucking hard. I know Lavar tore his ass up after that since it had to end early lol
There are three men who have been called the N word on WWE or WCW television.
Naturally as expected those three men are Hulk Hogan, John Cena, and The Miz.
Well that’s quite the fun fact
And Dean Ambrose, during his entrance, had that expression on his face like “Wait, did he really just say that on the mic?”🤣
I had look this up. 7:09 for the quote. Whole segment is ridiculous lol
https://youtu.be/0yOJ6GiHa5U?si=GaEzYTYDDhETbQ6Z
He dropped the N word on WWE RAW twice into a live mic
Not only is a he a maniac behind the wheel but I swr he almost poured mop water on Kon lmao
Somebody made the point that mop buckets are often filled with clean water in locker rooms for players to…idk soak their feet or something.
The kid definitely has major brain damage but this one perhaps wasn’t quite as terrible as it initially appeared
They are really good for icing your feet, especially when you are an NBA player and have size 14+ feet.
Nahhh you can see in the video when the water hits the floor that shit is soapy af
After watching it twice it got REALLY funny to me I had to keep watching
Of course he’s a clown, he runs red lights and drives a hummer. Clown is putting it nicely.
He watches Madagascar while driving
HAHAHAHA! DUDE THESE ANIMALS ARE SO FUCKING FUNNY! THEY MAKE ME WANNA MERGE WITHOUT LOOKING!
I like to move it move it, even at a red light.
Hippo hop!!!!
The worst person you know just made a good point
Edit: I am blown away by how many people jumped on here to defend Nick Wright from a dumb offhand joke I made lol
Nick Wright has good takes. I think he just does hottakes and over the top bits because his producers tell him to do it
Nick is actually often right, if there are no ties to one of his obvious bias (Chiefs,Lebron, Mahomes) . Which is unfortunate because it does show he knows alot but relationships or ratings are just more important.
That show got nominated for an Emmy. I’m not going to say that’s all due to Nick Wright, but I think it’s fair to say what he does is working. They’re entertaining.
Best show on FS1 by a mile.
Good mix of entertainment and thoughtful takes. At least I think so.
Edit - Changed ESPN to FS1.
They aren’t on ESPN, probably why it’s solid
Yeah, for sure. I love the show, one of if not the only sports show I’ll actually keep a screen for at work. They definitely know what they are doing! Was just responding to the above. Nick has a bad rep but if you listen or watch enough, you know its a little performative. He knows his stuff.
It’s pretty much the only show of this style I watch intentionally. They still have a lot of the trappings that make sports debate shows in 2026 awful to watch but these 3 and their guests actually show smart analysis about football and basketball most of the time, even when their own biases color the takes.
It helps that they sound like they’re just having a discussion compared to ESPN where they’re yelling at the camera trying to quote farm.
That is true. They actually seem like they are friends. Which is either just great acting or they actually have love and respect for one another, either way, it makes listening a lot more tolerable than the vast majority of these types of shows
Nick is a good analyst, as much as people like to discredit him. I think it’s safe to say, that compared to just about every other national media sports analyst/commentator, he’s easily one of the best. His biases are incredibly easy to pick up, and lesser mentioned teams/players often at least get some decent coverage by him (E.G his mock drafts are surprisingly in depth)
The difference between him and most of his contemporaries is that he is 100% locked in as a byproduct, imo, of his gambling interests. This is the biggest gripe I have about Nick. Great on social issues, good sports analysis, pretty good as an entertainer in this field, but leans far too much into sports gambling. I’m confident one day it’s going to negatively impact him, but that’s just of course my head canon
Nick openly admitted he just jumped on the LeBron bandwagon in 2003 and never let go. And Mahomes got picked up by his hometown team. Ill forgive that one, but his entire outlook in the NBA seems centered around trying to prove that LeBron is never at fault for anything.
other than being a hardcore Lebron glazer i dont see a single offputting thing about Nick. He’s got some nice takes, is fun to listen to and seems way smarter than than someone like Stephen A. or Skip
He actually says what he believes (even if wrong) whereas SAS and Skip are just characters that get boring super fast unless you’re handicapped
The main thing that puts me off shows like FTF or the Herd is just the lack of topic variety. There’s only so many days I can hear about the Cowboys or LeBron in a row before I tune out, but I get those topics drive ratings so it is what it is, other people must love it
Can we stop having this comment every time Nick Wright gets posted on this sub.
Honest question, why is Nick Wright so hated on reddit? I have watched a decent amount of first things first on youtube and I have always found his takes to be pretty reasonable. Compared to all the hot take artists in the current sports media landscape, he seems pretty chill to me. Did he make some really bad takes in the past that I missed? Is he really inflammatory on twitter or something? I’m genuinely asking
Nick got checked by the guy who questioned if Harden was ret—–, I mean, developmentally disabled.
Funniest part of that clip is when Nick responded to Brou’s question by saying “You shouldn’t use that word but sure”
You’re omitting the actual funniest part where Chris catches himself, realizes how cooked he is and says something about having a mentally disabled cousin they had to, and I quote, put down
That was so fuckin funny lmao
Nick is my favorite one out of all these people. I think he’s pretty smart actually and the most logical.
Nick Wright hate in 2026 is up there with Joe Buck hate in 2026 for me in proving that some folks just never let go of old, tired concepts of what is and isn’t good. His job is to have interesting, entertaining takes. He’s not an insider. He’s not a player-pundit. He’s not an analyst.
Of everyone who has ever had that job, he may be the best (not a very high bar) in terms of actually bringing some level of nuance and knowledge to the table.
Whats so bad about him? Think he has some good takes.
Nick Wright looks like Snape if Hogwarts wasn’t an accredited institution
You went to Hollywood Upstairs Wizardry School too??
HI DOCTOR NICK
The coroner? I’m so sick of that guy!
You guys, I think he might be insinuating that LaMelo is a clown. Not sure though cause it wasn’t quite clear.
I like that he corrected himself to state that at some point in the distant future he may no longer be a clown
You joke but that the thing I genuinely like about this show is everyone’s general willingness to play nice
It’s a silly show that talks about sports for a living, and they act like it. Fair play I guess lol
I used to LOATHE Nick Wright but you know, his takes aren’t the worst anymore, he says some funny stuff sometimes (the white vs black All-Star game idea is hilarious), and he is willing to correct himself.
He must think he has the most honkable nose in the league
Listen to his dad speak for more than five seconds and you’ll realize this kid had zero chance of becoming a normal human being
Yet Lonzo is a decent guy
Parents stop trying by the 3rd child
isn’t Lonzo the oldest of the three
i think that’s the point he’s making
Open the schools
The interview where the two of them basically don’t know what Pennsylvania is is mind boggling.
I have encountered more intelligent dryer lint.
So, look.
I spent most of my teenage life, and a chunk of my 20s being a clueless asshole.
So I recognize one when I see one.
And Lamelo has a ton of cash so…that certainly doesn’t help.
Along with a father who was just as immature
Idk it seems like his father and by extension his brothers kept him focused and motivated. At the very least it seems like Lonzo was a good role model for him
Yeah Lonzo seems more self aware lol same parents so it’s clearly just lamelos own personality. Maybe it’s because lonzo being the oldest started his fame at an older age than his younger brothers. Since he was the initial reason for the ball brothers fame being the soonest top prospect
Finally, we’re actually good enough to get hate
We made it baby
I honestly can’t wait for this to blow over
People are being so annoying a heat fan is saying this LMAO
Look, idk about digging into his character. He apparently does stupid shit on and off the court? I’m mad the refs didn’t do anything and the reason being “oh possession of the ball changed so can’t review.” Wtf are we waiting for to change that trash ass rule? When Lu Dort Suplexes Jokic? This is trash tier asset protection by the NBA.
the funniest part is taking things that were totally fine and honestly hilarious in the moment (the social media marbles thing, Kon mop water) and looking at it through this lens of “LaMeLo iS a BaD pErSoN” like oh my god the mob mentality is ridiculous.
I like lamelo ball
Same, fun basketball player. When basketball discourse was about basketball and held by basketball fans who actually liked the game of basketball he would’ve been like White Chocolate on steroids. He’s just in the wrong era discourse wise.
Steve Franchise, AI, J-Will, Starbury, Nick the Quick, etc. He would’ve been immortalized off of playstyle alone. It sucks that hate is so popular now that guys go out of their way to not enjoy the chaos that he is. His end of game theatrics last night made every Hornets fan and supporter’s heart palpate but I wouldn’t trade that experience for the world.
Tell us how you’re really feeling about Lamelo, Nick
Clowns make me laugh, so calling him a clown is a bit generous
Clowns make you laugh? Are you a toddler?
Funny how? I mean, funny like I’m a clown? I amuse you? I make you laugh? I’m here to fuckin’ amuse you? What do you mean funny? Funny how? How am I funny?
I’m a toddler but I refuse to laugh at clowns 😤
Man could have easily cost his team the game if the refs weren’t on BS! I generally can’t stand all the bs reviews they do, but it’s fucking absurd to not check a play when a team/coach protests and player is hurt on the ground!
Yeah he should have been thrown out
“I dont care if this gets clipped”
He definitely does lol
Man, clowns always catching strays
I see it’s shit on Lamelo time of the week
Y’all are completely unbearable, can’t believe you are in lockstep with actual sports journalist clown Nick Wright who clearly hasn’t watched any Hornets basketball this year to claim that he’s immature. Lamelo is one of the most unselfish players in the game, his growth this season has been abundantly clear. He makes everyone better on the court. The stats don’t lie. Watch the games…not just one play in game. I am a 36 y/o man btw…not some vaping zoomer that people seem to think are his entire fanbase.
100%. This whole thing has made me realize how so much of this sub is just virtue signaling, thoughtless sheep.
I never felt like the mob mentality was that big of a thing on here until this (believe it or not). These people need to get out in the real world where these insane overreactions like this are looked at like they should be - really fuckin weird lol.
People watch their 1st hornets game ever and have never felt stronger about their opinions in their life
I’ll be honest last night was my first time watching the Hornets and I had a damn good time. Fun team to watch.
I mean it was a dirty fucking play. Also the dude crashed his car driving like an asshat.
I don’t think this really needs watching the games. He is objectively an idiot doesn’t mean he isn’t good at basketball.
Like the other guy said, I would never listen to this sub regarding a consensus opinion on a player or team
If Davion Mitchell had fallen early in the game, and he blatantly grabbed lamelo’s ankle, made him fall and hurt him, and Mitchell didn’t get reviewed or even a foul on him, and Charlotte lost in OT because their best player was hurt the entire game? Yeah, you would be mad too. Crazy that it wasn’t even reviewed in the game. Hornets got a huge break
ive seen enough clips of him storming out of the teams facility going through red lights to know everything i need to know.
yea fuck this sub lol. I’m never going along with their goofy ass narratives no matter the team or player. go hornets
Lonzo is the serious one even though he has the most clowniest name.
Lonzo the Clown
Holy shit you’re right lol
Well he ain’t wrong
Did I just hallucinate the ball family tv show or did everyone just collectively choose to erase from their memories? Lamelo has always been a complete shithead
a broken clock is Wright twice a day
Guy has been told since he could walk that he would be an NBA star better than Steph Curry, that’s gotta mess with your emotional development. Gelo is also fucked. Lonzo seems to be the only level headed one.
And the level headed one is the that got fucked and is cursed to the point where he can barely walk. Barely an exaggeration.
They just seem to have followed the standard oldest child, middle child, youngest child archetypes.
Guys education stopped at like 15. I think he learned his whole vocabulary from rap songs. Great basketball player but never expected this kid to be well adjusted.
The way this sub is overreacting you would think that he killed bam. Enough of the virtue signaling already.
Hes not lying. He’s incredibly unlikable.
I’ll be honest. History of the player aside, it doesn’t look that bad. After seeing Draymond stomp on Sabonis’ chest, it’s could be a reaction to make sure Bam doesn’t stomp on you, accidentally or otherwise.
This discourse around Lamelo is getting a bit weird yall gotta go touch grass
Nick knows all about clowns. He graduated top of his class at clown school.
Like father, like son. Like Barkley said, “Wherever LaVar Ball is, there is a village missing an idiot”
He’s always been dumbheaded and I always get downvoted for saying so. Dude is known to be a menace on charlottes street and this isn’t the first time he has grabbed a player’s leg. Hes fun to watch but his frustrations and projection is off putting.
Absolutely hilarious seeing that man call anyone a clown.
The dude has one car crash and all of a sudden has “off the court issues”
He led the rejuvenation of his franchise and scored the game winner and all were talking about is a questionably dirty play from a player who has never been dirty.
The guy finishes 2nd in the league in three pointers and is insanely entertaining to watch.
Insane how badly people want to find negativity
Lmfao this sub is full of such little losers. Sure you can think that play is intentional or not whatever I dont care what yall think. This is the first or maybe 2nd time Lamelo has ever done anything “dirty”. Kid has never been arrested or any of that shit, only is a bad fucking driver. Why do yall act like this man beat the fuck out of his wife like his goddamn teammate did? Everyone saying “how does he have fans. They must all be 12 years old”. I want you to think about that statement. This kid has been famous for like 11 years now? Obviously he’s gonna have a massive fan base we fucking grew up with him. Honestly happy the hornets getting hate, hate means we making progress.
Rare that I agree with this man
