All but Garza were in the g-league last year. All but three were down there this year. This is all Joe.
Stevens identifies guys that will work well in the organization, Mazzulla and his staff coach them up, everybody competes like a maniac, it’s amazing how aligned everything is rn organizationally
Accountability too. All season long, if you fuck up Joe would pull you and chew you out. Probably bench you for a while (if not a couple games).
That’s kept everyone hungry, playing like their minutes depend on it (and unless you’re the Jays or White, they probably do count on it) while Orlando has players jogging across half-court when we’re on a fast-break or just sulking with poor body-language when things are getting tough…and still…nothing from Mosley. He seems checked out, or just complacent with whatever happens.
They really need a whole new coaching staff that can properly motivate them, they have far too much talent to be this bad.

They did early, albeit Franz looked hurt. Then, third quarter happened, Celtics exploded from three and they had to come back in but the damage was done.
