A look at the NBA playoff seeding scenarios entering the regular-season finale.

With all 30 teams in action today, there are 10 postseason spots still to be decided.

Eastern Conference Scenarios:

Locked-in Seeds: No. 1 Detroit, No. 2 Boston, No. 3 New York, No. 4 Cleveland.

Atlanta Hawks: Currently the No. 5 Seed. (vs. Miami Heat at 6 PM ET)

No. 5 Seed:
- A win will lock in the No. 5 Seed for Atlanta.
- A loss AND Orlando win OR Toronto loss.
No. 6 Seed: A loss AND Orlando loss AND Toronto win.

Toronto Raptors: Currently the No. 6 Seed. (vs. Brooklyn Nets at 6 PM ET)

No. 5 Seed: A win AND losses by Atlanta and Orlando.
No. 6 Seed: A loss AND losses by Orlando and Philadelphia.
No. 7 Seed: A loss AND wins by either Orlando or Philadelphia (but not both).
No. 8 Seed: A loss AND wins by both Orlando and Philadelphia.

Orlando Magic: Currently the No. 7 seed (vs. Boston Celtics at 6 PM ET)

No. 6 Seed: A win AND Toronto loss.
No. 7 Seed: A win AND Toronto win OR a loss and Philadelphia loss.
No. 8 Seed: A loss AND Philadelphia win.

Philadelphia 76ers: Currently the No. 8 Seed. (vs. Milwaukee Bucks at 6 PM ET)

No. 6 Seed: A win AND losses by Toronto and Orlando.
No. 7 Seed: A win AND a loss by either Toronto or Orlando (but not both).
No. 8 Seed: A loss OR with wins by Toronto and Orlando.

Charlotte Hornets: Currently the No. 9 Seed (vs. New York Knicks at 6 PM ET)

No. 9 Seed: A win OR Miami loss.
No. 10 Seed: A loss AND Miami win.

if nuggets want us more than wolves, they can lose. if nuggets want wolves more than us, they can win. If lakers want us more than wolves, they can lose. if lakers want wolves more than us they can win.
