Dylan Harper is having one of the most efficient scoring second halves of a rookie season of all time
In the last 35 games, Dylan is shooting 64.6 eFG% and 65.9 TS% on 9.2 FGA. Both are good for 3rd all-time among those with 7 or more attempts per game, behind Walker Kessler and James Worthy.
This is by far the best result out of all rookie guards in history, even when dropping the FGA per game to 4.
Not only that, he’s also 8th among all players this season with the same criteria, even higher in some cases with slightly different GP values (it’s difficult to try them all since nowadays there’s a limit on how many queries you can make in Statmuse in a day for free).
In a list dominated mostly by big men, here he is, a Rookie Point Guard.
