Yes, that says +25 in a 5 point win.
He’s putting it all together at the right time.
The Cam/MPJ stat comparisons were always dumb because they’re not meant to play the same role
Denver have more than enough scoring Cam isn’t a guy who’s going to take 15-16 shots a game
He should still take more than 9 shots a game. Up around 12 would be a huge boon to take some weight off Jokić & Murray’s shoulders during the playoff run.
I assume he will as his confidence builds assuming he stays in Denver. Right now, everyone relies too much on Jokic, Murray, and AG to score but if he sticks around and gain that trust and confidence to catch and shoot, he’ll definitely get the chance more.
Today we saw exactly what people were talking about when they made the swap. Cam was able to make his own plays with the ball in his hand for some really clutch plays. Makes a huge difference to the types of lineups and offensive sets they can run
Also allowed nuggets to get enough cap space for Jval who put up 14 in 10 mins as well. The 1 to 1 comparisons will never do the move justice
Denver has a better offense this year than last year and people were losing their minds about how they lost a sniper. A sniper averaging 12ppg in the last 2 playoffs and bringing little else to the equation.
Cam since the beginning of March has looked like a different play compared to the rest of the season.
Took him a while, but he’s finally meshing with the team.
People forgot that he had the exact same injury Jokic had that took him about 2 months before returning to MVP form
Tim Hardaway Jr being on the other side of that +/- equation with a -24 is hilarious. Dude was the most effective player on the court for the Blazers
Hey, don’t rag on THJ. He’s inconsistent, but unironically that coin has fallen in our favor more times than not this year.
Yea guy has been insane for you this year. He’s won games on his own multiple times
THJ being on a vet minimum is insane to me
love THJ. a shooter with no conscience is a great passers best friend
a shooter with no conscience
I love that 🔥🎤
I know lol, he cooked the shit out of us from 3.
When hes getting paid as little as he is, you can live with him having a bad game.
He was too distracted keeping tabs on the championship game
He’s mostly been very good for Denver this year but when he’s off he is OFF
Will win you games and lose them too. Coach needed to take him off the floor earlier and give his minutes to Strawther when it was clear his shot wasn’t falling.
worst thing about him is how even when hes off he keep taking those horrible 3s with 15sec on the clock forcing the team to go up and down without any offensive play.
THJ is the Two-Face of NBA players. Some nights he will single handedly beat a team with backbreaking threes in the clutch. The next game he throws up boneheaded bricks and feeds the other teams fast break. It’s wild. But I still love him.
It is always an unexpected surprise when Timmy got hot. I remember watching him on the Mavs and have stretches of “KEEP SHOOTING DONT LET UP TIMMY!” and “TIMMY WHAT ARE YOU DOING STOP SHOOTING!” phase alternating. Lol
But getting him for vet min is a steal, especially when he’s being such a locker room guy on the team. Let’s go Nuggets!
100% he will win Denver a few games in playoffs.
Cam has really found his role with the team. You love to see it!
He’s been terrific since the beginning of March
Man im so happy we managed to get both him and Hardaway Jr. They have been great additions to the team.
He was coming into form right before his injury, had his downs right after the injury, then picked it back up a few games afterwards. People dont really give much leeway for injured players returning, similar to how it was for Jokic, but thats kinda how it goes
I’ve been a Cam believer all year, really happy with how he’s been playing lately. Took longer than expected but he’s playing the role that I think most Nuggets fans were hoping he’d fulfill
People were too harsh on him early on. It takes a bit to figure out how to contribute with this offense and he’s quietly been doing a lot of little things all along. He’s just been fired up lately and hitting big shots.
he is gonna have a good playoffs. league fucked bro
Cam looks like he was born into the Nuggets system. Unbelievable chemistry.
He’s been so good for a while now. His whistle is so bad though and it makes me feel bad lol
I never gave up on you king 😭😭
playoff cam
He’s been really good this entire month, dare I say since February, after he came off the knee injury. Excited to see him in the playoffs
He got hard done by with some truly terrible foul calls too… legit felt bad for the guy
Cam Johnson a nugget for the foreseeable future 🔥🔥
Killa Cam truthers o/
Get that trade value up
Dude needs to go to make room for Watson
