I feel like some people have way too loose of a definition of “dirty plays” cuz I feel like that was just a hard foul. “Throwing him down” definitely didn’t happen, he did foul him and it caused the fall, but throwing someone down is just a completely different thing from hacking their arm and shoulder during a shot.
