AG all world defense the last 3 possessions
This might be Wembenyama’s biggest weakness. No one can contest such a high release point, but because he’s so wiry and doesn’t quite have KD’s shooting touch, it’s possible for bulkier, stronger guards like AG to just force him backwards to prevent him from shooting in rhythm from his preferred sweet spots. He still has room to grow, but as of now, AG is able to contest Wembenyama without even putting his arms up.

Ya that kind of proves my point. They have missed AG most of the season and he played hurt the games he did play. Jokic missed a month and then wasnt himself for another month afterwards. AG is super important to this team, both its floor and its ceiling. But they havent had a healthy AG all season and they are still going to host a playoff series and win over 50 games. Its a good team without AG, its an elite team with a healthy AG.

That is one thing I don’t like about the series format in the playoffs. A bad night at the office and you are done in the nfl playoffs.
The better team tends to win every time in the modern NBA. Maybe that’s the correct result. It isnt as entertaining to me.

AG in late game scenarios is an absolute nightmare man makes clutch plays both ends imo their 2nd best player as I find Murray can be a bit too inconsistent in the big games

I absolutely love AG. Jamal will likely be 2nd team all NBA this year. Like he’s just another level. Borderline top 10 in the league. Our team has been a 50 win team with AG and Jokic missing a lot of time. Murray on ball juice is completely necessary. AG is the missing piece that takes them from a normal 4-5 seed to a title contender. Without Jamal they would be flirting with the play in. AG elevates the ceiling. jamal elevates both the floor and the ceiling
Murray missed a lot of time last season and they were fine without him. The Nuggets would have a harder time winning a series if they lost Murray than if they lost Gordon.
