In 620 games, Jarrett Allen has never worn any shoe but Kyrie 3’s, but that may soon come to an end: “I’m on my last pair. As I find them online, I buy them as soon as I can, but I haven’t found a new pair in the last 1 1⁄2 years. So, the run might be over.”
Kyrie 3s debuted in 2016, Allen was drafted in 2017.
It varies widely how many shoes players go through in a season. In the low end players go throu around 10 per year, some players go through more than 60 pairs.
Apparently they usually donate the used shoes.
